Nicely set up hotel but just doesn't function well.
Pros:

Good geographic location for my purposes. Room is good size. Nice size shower with low water pressure. Big windows. I like the free coffee and fruit water in the lobby.

Cons:

"Heated" pool is cold. I was there for a week earlier this year and again lately and both times the supposedly heated pool was freezing. The workout room was freezing one day and stifling hot another day. The pool and workout room were unusable. The floor of my room was weirdly bubbled up. One towel had make up on it and clearly had not been washed--who knows about the others, blech. Found a fellow guest wander the floor with her ice bucket--no ice despite signs for hydration station. It's a weird hotel. Nicely set up but then just doesn't work well. Who is in charge?

Cómodo y bien situado
Pros:

Bien situado cerca de la estación de tren de Alewife para ir al centro de Boston o al aeropuerto. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia. El desayuno está bien y el comedor es amplio y agradable. El personal muy amable, correcto y eficiente.

Cons:

El ruido. La nevera de la habitación hacía ruido. La teníamos que apagar por las noches. También se oía ruido de la calle y de la ventilación del pasillo. Tener que dejar propina para la camarera de piso y en el desayuno. Sería mejor pagar bien a los empleados. El microondas de la planta donde estábamos no funcionaba ningún día y ni lo arreglaron ni lo cambiaron después de decírselo.

Super emplacement pour visiter Boston
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal avec le métro station Alewife à moins de 6 min à pied ! Parfait pour laisser la voiture.
Chambre lit King assez grande pour être en famille , très design et très sympa !

Cons:

La chambre donne sur la route mais nous n’avons rien entendu … juste un peu déçu du paysage mais rien de bien grave.
