They charged the deposit three times in a row for the same room. I've never seen anything like this before. This is not okay.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I like how accommodating the staff was, front desk clerk was very attentive and offered great recommendations. The location itself was nice very clean. They placed hand written birthday card and some snacks in the room (great personal touch). Parking was right next to hotel which was great since it snowed.

Cons:

The bed though king size was a bit unfortable. Not much support to a plus size person.

The food was underwhelming. Ordered a Flatbread and Mac and cheese but it was very small and seemed like it was microwaved.

The toilet wasn't very powerful had some trouble that it wasn't flushing.

Had to exit the room and go to different floor for microwave.

I would like to highlight the kindess of the receptionists. Highly appreciate their support.
Pros:

Staff was super helpful and kind A+. Breakfast a bit weak in variety but the quality was fine.

Pros:

Close to family-thats why we choose hotel.

Cons:

Parking lot block away and $30. Constantly had to verify tickets to go in and out. Front desk manager on friday night rude. No adoining rooms.
