Good location, hotel itself can be better, do bring earplugs.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helping. There's a bus stop near the hotel with the line going directly to Koutoubia Mosque and it costs 4 MAD for a rise, so it's quite easy in terms of transport. The beds were quite hard, but surprisingly comfortable too. I asked for a change of room because the shower was leaking and the staff happily changed our room and upgraded us to a suite (not that the shower was any different). Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

The norm in the city is honking so car horns are used all day every day. The hotel being on a main street means that you hear this. Moreover, the windows could not be completely shut (looked like the frame was bigger than the window) so it's leaking sound too. Even when we changed the room to a back alley, same thing there too. So make sure you bring earplugs (they do help). The shower in both rooms was leaky and water gathered in the basin, making me wonder who else have taken a shower there before me. I asked the front desk to print my plane tickets (2 A4 one-sided sheets) and they took me 4 euro total (2 euro per sheet).
