Pros:

Location ok near station, and pick up area taxi is easy. Many resto around hotel

Cons:

Everything was fine, but the luggage storage was 10,000 rupiah per day. It was a new experience for us. Usually, hotels don't require charges. Customer service Ms. Kim checked in and checked out with her. Not a very good experience. I don't think I'll be back again.

Pros:

Le personnels aimables. Même quand on ne demandait le ménage pour la chambre. On recevait un appel pour nous demander si on avait besoin de rien et on nous a pportait de nouvelles serviettes des bouteilles d'eau à chaque fois !

Cons:

Le petit bémol, c'était la configuration de la chambre. Pour une chambre de 31m2 je l'ai trouvé un peu plus petite. Nous étions quand même trois avec des grandes valises et petites valises chacune..

Pros:

ベッドの寝心地が良かった

Cons:

照明をつけても全体的に部屋が暗い。所々掃除が行き届いていない部分があった。2泊3日しましたが日本語を話せるスタッフは1人もいませんでした。可もなく不可もない印象です。

Our room specifically had a weird shower set up which would lead to the whole bathroom flooded when showering

Pros:

I like everything for real. Very comfortable, close to yeoksam station exit 3, got elevator if you bring heavy luggage. Gs25 and coffee bean just a few steps away. Got speaker in the room and clean.

Pros:

Comfortable. Close to the metro. Good value for money. Tea kettle, water and tea/coffee supply.

Cons:

Room needs a bit of a makeover -- scuffed in corners. But the decor idea is nice.

They threatened to cancel my pay at the property reservation because I couldn't make it past by midnight due to a 5 hr plane delay. Planes do this often, so if you're flying in beware you'd better choose another property or prepay. I had to pay using unstable onboard plane wifi. I paid at 4pm.
