Pros:

Amazing staff and they we’re very helpful and arrange our transfer in the morning to the airport as we needed a van

Cons:

The shower didn’t drain properly which was annoying as the room would flood if you left the water running for too long. Also, they could look into having an early check in option.

The only good thing is the location. 3 star hotel standard.
Pros:

The good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right near from the station and is walkable to Gangnam. We feel like that’s the only good thing. The hotel facility is by far the standard of three star hotel. They also not allowed to bring just a snack or lunch to eat in the 1st lobby which the concern about the smell interrupting others ( I’m eating avocado sandwich!).

Cons:

The problem about the room is there’s so many dust in the air which we can observe that is from the low quality bedsheet and blanket that make it really fabric dusty. I had an allergy while sleeping, but not when I’m outside the room. We already asked the hotel to change the bedsheet on the first night, but the problems to occur for the next three nights.

A lovely, cozy place with great value for money—clean, comfortable, and worth staying at again.
Pros:

The hotel offered excellent value for the price. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel at home. The room was nicely arranged and the overall environment was pleasant.

Cons:

Everything was generally good, and we did not have any significant issues during our stay.
