The reception is possibly the worst we experienced on our trip.
Plenty of people but only one working slowly.
A bad first impression that lasted the stay.
Had two Panama beers and they ran out.

Good as base when exploring the Central Provinces
Pros:

Always nice staff. The restaurant offers countryside nice and tasty food. Very nice location with all needed comforts. good WiFi, parking, small picturesque pool area. Very near to shops for quick needs, various restaurants close by.
The rooms are a little dated and basic but large with comfortable beds.

Pros:

Dormí una noche en el hotel por negocios. Hotel sencillo sin muchas comodidades. Habitaciones amplias sin embargo necesitan modernizar el mobiliario. Los cuartos huelen a humedad. El servicio y atención excelente la. Buena comida y desayuno incluído.

Ordentlich, sauber und zum wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Versalles ist ein ordentliches und angenehmes Hotel. Der Poolbereich ist gemütlich und lädt ein zum relaxen. Frühstück mit Buffet, ist okay und wie fast überall in Panama gibt es reichlich Rührei und weitere deftiges im Angebot, Pancakes, Obst und Toastbrot. Auch das Restaurant am Abend bietet gutes Essen. Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Fenster lassen sich öffnen. Rundum ist das Hotel zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben hier vier Nächte verbracht und uns wohl gefühlt.
Die Innenstadt ist nah, kann man vom Hotel zu Fuß erkunden.

Trip back home to a fair
Pros:

We came in with reservation from Hotels.com but hotel front desk said they never received the confirmation from hotels.com even though we gave them the printed reservation from hotels.com.... weird, after a long wait, they said they had found a room for us, so we got a room but this is not a good experience
