Wonderful property and wonderful staff. Rainbow was incredibly welcoming, full of knowledge and so accommodating to everything we needed. The rooms were lovely, warm and welcoming.

They are very nice and everything is clean! The only issue is it is far from town! But it’s near the apres cafe. ! They also have laundry on dite which was nice!

Such a great experience—our host was so kind and even helped set up the heater for us. The place was clean, cosy, and had great hot water and heating. Totally worth it. We’ll be recommending it to friends.

Pros:

Great stay, very clean, updated, kitchen even had a dishwasher. Separate bedroom with 2nd tv. Even had bathrobes and slippers. Super friendly front desk. Had to drive to get to downtown but we had rental car, so not an issue. Even tho we had to pay for laundry, it was full sized, not the all-in-one or small sized units in other places. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property and easy to get to grocery stores and downtown Wanaka. They totally remodeled in October 2024 and the hotel was great. Highly recommend!
