Pros:

두번째 숙박인데 프런트 매니저님들이 항상 친절하고 잘 도와주셔서 만족스럽습니다.

Cons:

Make up room 표시를 했는데 청소가 되지 않고 수건 교체도 하지 않은 날이 있었어요. 욕실 어매니티는 도구가 없이 끼울 수가 없는데 청소하시는 분이 교체해주지 않고 그냥 두고 가셔서, 저녁에 호텔 프런트에서 직접 오셔서 교체해주셨습니다.

Poor service, foreign hair in the shower, stained towels and bed linens, windows covered with fingerprints and facial smudges, and visible stains on the walls. It was obvious what previous guests did in this room.

Pros:

진주 내 다른 호텔에 비해 비교적 최근에 지어진 호텔입니다.
전체적으로 시설이 깨끗하고 쾌적해서 좋았습니다.

방이 넓고 깨끗했고 휘트니스와 사우나도 매우 만족스러웠습니다.
1층 로비도 넓고 소파가 많아 대기하기에 적절했고 카페 커피도 꽤나 먹을만합니다.

Cons:

조식은 다소 실망스러웠습니다. 서비스로 먹는 정도라면 괜찮았겠지만 금액을 지불할 정도는 아니라고 생각됩니다.

방음이 안되는 편입니다. 옆방에 아이들이 있었는데 소리가 꽤나 크게 들렸습니다. 저는 예민한 편이 아니라 넘길만했지만, 아니라면 호실을 이동하는편이 나았을겁니다.

Amazing value, Luxurious spacious with onsen.
Pros:

The breakfast is good, with fresh lobster salad and fresh scrambled eggs and orange juice, great coffee and much more. Amazing. There is a great spa/onsen/sauna included, the best on our 3 weeks trip. Parking is right beneath the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet and bathroom amenities are perfect and of course with a Japanese style bidet.

Cons:

The futons were thin and the floor was hard concrete, not tatami, making the whole sleeping comfort pretty bad. Make sure to ask for an extra layer before going to sleep.

욕실 수압이 세고 온수도 잘 나오고 객실 에어컨 조절이 세밀하게 잘 되었습니다

Cons:

냉장고가 거의 쉬원하지 않았고, 객실바닥이 머리카락과 먼지 덩어리가 좀 보였습니다.
그리고 수건이 좀 낡아있었습니다
