객실의 청결 상태와 문제를 제기했을 때의 직원 대응은 실망스러웠습니다.

주차장에서는 소변 냄새가 났고, 객실 방화문도 처져 있어 제대로 닫히지 않았습니다. 체크인 후 짐을 두고 저녁을 먹고 돌아와 객실을 자세히 보니 청소가 제대로 되지 않은 흔적이 보였습니다. 세면대에는 금발 머리카락이 있었고, 냉장고의 생수 한 병은 절반 정도 마신 상태였습니다. 객실 배정 전 확인이 제대로 이루어졌는지 의문이 들었습니다. 변기 물을 내리면 욕실 바닥으로 물이 새는 문제도 있었습니다. 특히 야경을 보려고 커튼을 열었을 때, 창문에 먼지가 잔뜩 쌓여 있었고 이전 투숙객이 먼지 위에 그린 그림과 오래되어 보이는 거미줄까지 남아 있었습니다. 프런트에 말씀드리자 “거미가 다시 줄을 친 것 같다”는 답변을 받았습니다. 오래된 것 같다고 말씀드렸지만 대응이 친절하게 느껴지지는 않았습니다. 객실이 만실이라 방을 바꿀 수 없다는 설명을 들은 후 청소를 요청했고, 다음 날 청소해 주신 점은 감사했지만 여전히 먼지가 많이 남아 있었습니다. 전반적으로 객실 관리와 직원의 대응 모두 아쉬웠습니다.

Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and the staff’s response to our concerns was disappointing.
The parking area smelled strongly of urine, and the fire door in our room did not close properly. After returning from dinner and taking a closer look at the room, we noticed that it did not seem to have been properly cleaned. There was a blonde hair in the sink, and one of the three complimentary bottles of water in the refrigerator was already half empty. It made us wonder whether the room had been properly checked before we were given it.
There was also a problem with the toilet, as water leaked onto the bathroom floor whenever it was flushed.
The biggest surprise was the window. We opened the curtains to enjoy the night view, only to find the window covered in dust, with drawings left in the dust by previous guests and old-looking cobwebs. When we mentioned the condition of the window to the front desk, we were told that the cobwebs may have been newly made. The response felt rather dismissive and unfriendly.
The hotel was fully booked, so we asked if the room could at least be cleaned. It was cleaned the following day, which we appreciated, although there was still quite a bit of dust.

Overall, we were disappointed with both the cleanliness and the way the situation was handled. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

The room lighting is dim. The breakfast variety can be better.

청결도

왜인지 모르겠으나 세면대 테이블에 초코케잌 가루 붙어있고 변기에 소변자국도 있었음.
현관쪽에 바선생도 마주쳤는데 애들 재우던차 늦은 시간이라 방 교체 요청은 못하고 남편이 대충 쫓아냄. 근데 벽을 기어오르는 모습 보고 진짜 식겁함.
멘탈털리고 조식 먹을 맛 뚝떨어져서 조식 결제했던거 환불하고 안먹겠다 했더니 정책탓하면서 못해준다그럼. 그래서 바퀴벌레 나온거 관련해서는 보상해주느냐 물으니까 그제서야 내려와서는 선심써주듯이 환불해줌.
남편은 밥 먹는대서 아침에 혼자 조식 다녀왔는데 밥은 어딨는지도 모르겠고 먹을거 없었다고 함. 사람도 없었다고 함.
진주에 가족호텔이 거의 없어서 그나마 웨딩홀 호텔이면 기본은 하겠지 싶어서 간거였는데 방 넓은거 침구류 괜찮은거 빼고는 청소랑 위생이 많이 아쉬웠음. 방역 일주일 전에 했다던데 세면대 초코케잌 가루 봤을때 바퀴벌레가 방역 직후인데도 출몰한건 놀랄 일은 아닌듯....청소에 좀 더 신경써주시길 🙏

여직원 불친절함.
객실 전등이 너무 어두워 안에서 뭘 할 수가 없음.
다른 객실 화장실에서 담배 핀 냄새 다 올라옴. 이건 호텔의 문제라기보다는 담배를 핀 사람이 교양이 없고 미개한 것이므로 꼭 호텔측의 단점이라고 볼 수는 없음.

낡은 기기(헤어드라이어 파손되어 있음)는 교체하여야 할듯

My AirConditioning didnt help cool the room. There was a night where my room went up to 28C, so i had to open the window. I set the AC to cool but it did not help at all.

Make up room 표시를 했는데 청소가 되지 않고 수건 교체도 하지 않은 날이 있었어요. 욕실 어매니티는 도구가 없이 끼울 수가 없는데 청소하시는 분이 교체해주지 않고 그냥 두고 가셔서, 저녁에 호텔 프런트에서 직접 오셔서 교체해주셨습니다.

화장실 세면대 등 일부 청소상태가 미흡하였습니다.
