The Vancouver is a good option for people staying in Ninh Binh. It's reasonably close to all the tourist attractions and has a large selection of nearby food options.
The family who run the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and safe.

When I booked into the Hotel and collected my keys was casually talking about my plans for the evening.First they were going to take me by their car to the location I was talking about. I was genuinely overwhelmed with this level of generosity and I could tell it came from the heart and was sincere as well.This has been my best experience of a Family Run Hotel anywhere I have ever been. Honestly was there for 4 days and have an other half dozen stories of kindness and compassion from the owners of this Hotel.
Nothing to dislike. This question is redundant and not needed. For me this place is perfect but if you have mobility issues it’s stairs only no lift. That’s the only item I can think of that has a tiny mark against the Hotel
A super nice hotel with a very friendly team! They’re amazing at taking care of all your needs, no matter what it is.
It’s positioned about 10-15 minutes car drive from downtown Tam Coc, which makes the neighborhood quiet, however you must use a Grab to and from the hotel.
Definately worth a visit, when coming to Ninh Binh/atam Coc!!

Great staff, comfortable bed. Location is down an alley but centrally located. Be aware there is no elevator if you have mobility issues. Very nice linen bedding and effective air con.
The owners of the hotel were extremely helpful and hospitable and looked after our every request. Breakfast was great and the comfiest bed I’ve slept on. Would definitely visit again.
