コンセントが少なくエレベーターの空いてる時間も短く、メモ紙等もない。枕元にちょっとしたテーブルがあると便利かと思う。

La cercanía al centro. Estuvimos poco en el hotel porque fue una sola noche, pero tenían baños públicos y muy buena pinta todo.

Pros:

立地が良く周辺が静かなところ。

Cons:

ベッドのアラームとラジオ機能が壊れていて、ドライヤーが変形していて使うのに躊躇した。大浴場のシャワーも壊れていたので、修繕にお金をかけないのだなぁと思った。自販機も使えませんでした。

Friendly staff and great location – Keep in mind potential cigarette smell!
Pros:

Location and the staff was great! It is very convenient, you can connect very easily anywhere in Kanazawa!

Cons:

We experienced a recurring problem with cigarette smell during our stay.

The first non-smoking room we received was heavily saturated with cigarette odor. The staff was very friendly and quickly moved us to another room, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, that room also had a lingering cigarette smell, though much less intense than the first.

It seems this may be a common issue in older hotels where rooms have been repurposed. While the staff was helpful, the persistent smell was somewhat disappointing.

まあ、安く泊まった代償かな
Pros:

観光目的地が近くてよかった。

Cons:

建物が古く、設備も古くて汚かった。タバコ臭さが壁中酷かった。清潔感がなく、せっかく働いているスタッフさんは親切なのに残念だった。大好きな金沢の街に自慢できるホテルになってほしいと心から願っております。

洗面所のカランが壊れていて使いづらかった。ニオイが部屋に入ってきて不快だった。とにかく宿泊した部屋は最悪だった。
もう、これからはホテルクラウンズ系列は使わない。
