Great location near the beach, centrally located
Pros:

Positives- very nice staff, accommodating, safe (right across the street from the Tel Aviv branch American Embassy with armed guards), nice buffet breakfast (in an attached cafe by the hotel... friendly staff there too), clean, fairly quiet (for TLV standards). Negatives- room was small (I can't imagine 2 people in my room), unusual layout of rooms (rooms are spread out between 2 buildings and multiple floors so not your typical "block style" hotel). For the money, it was a good deal for me. Not sure how it would work with a family or group of friends given how spread out the rooms are and the size of the rooms (evidently I had an upgrade... which was appreciated). If you are used to inner city /European style hotels vs American style hotels you will be informed.

I liked the stuff mostly. Two cleaning ladies were very helpful, very kind. They cleaned our room perfectly. Just the first day when we arrived wasn’t pleasant situation. The room was not cleaned at all. I think some misunderstanding has happened. The apologized us many times because of this incident. Even the reception manager presented us nice candles. But this happened just ones. Then everything was perfect.

Cons:

The property is very perfect place. Very clean and nice area. Very safe, because in-front of the hotel there is an American embassy.
