Pros:

Good location for walking around old town, restaurants, night market, and river. The room we booked was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very good. The staff will refresh your room daily if requested which we appreciated.

Cons:

The room we had was down a very long hallway and it felt like we were the only guests in the place during most of our stay, of course this is not the fault of the owners, but it felt off to us. We paid for breakfast to be included, but I wouldn’t do that again. It just wasn’t the quality we were expecting from a hotel. We skipped the remaining breakfasts after the first day and enjoyed them at coffee shops nearby.

BAD ROOM
Pros:

The room i book and pay i no stay , i go down grade my room....photo and real is different!!! photo show is half stair of floor....but when bring me go to that room time before enter room need use stairs and 2nd floor ....and once step room need go stair again , and some more at room need go another stair only can go into the bed....what kind of room...u know i hb how many luggage and son i bring...i hv pay for my son extra bed.... bad expereince and lobby no open aircond ....when check in us less than 1hrs to check in and check out also slow. i dont know what they do...NO NEXT TIME and i will inform my friend dont stay there at all,,,,

Pros:

Très bon séjour dans ce bel établissement! L’emplacement est idéal, proche des principales attractions, tout se fait à pied. Le service est impeccable avec un accueil chaleureux de notre arrivée au petit déjeuner. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre.

Sound proof of room
Pros:

The staff are all very friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room was quite unsatisfied due to we were being appointed near the street and the sound proof was very bad. It was very noisy till about 3.30am and thus we don't have enough sleep

Pros:

La grande chambre en duplex avec la terrasse. Le grand lit est super confortable ainsi que les oreillers. Le personnel est gentil et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est bon.
L'emplacement est parfait au calme.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi une caution m'a été demandée alors que j'ai payé en cash dès mon arrivée et qu'elle me sera remboursée seulement entre 7 et 14 jours...enfin j'espère !

EXCEPTIONNEL
Pros:

Magnifique maison traditionnelle réaménagée avec goût..ns avions un duplex salle de bain, rangements, lit supplémentaire, coffre et frigidaire. Au 1er étage grande chambre avec petit balcon. Le personnel est adorable. La situation idéale pour le night market, magasins et visite de la vieille ville. Beaucoup de restaurants et bars à proximité. Petit buffet déjeuner simple. Le dernier jour ns étions les seuls on nous a demandé ce que l'on voulait manger au petit dej et à quelle heure. Un hôtel plein de charme.

Cons:

Rien. Si j'avais une suggestion mettre une ampoule plus forte au plafond de la chambre. Les lampes de chevet nous permettent de lire donc pas de problème.
