Idéal pour se reposer
Pros:

La grande chambre en duplex avec la terrasse. Le grand lit est super confortable ainsi que les oreillers. Le personnel est gentil et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est bon.
L'emplacement est parfait au calme.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi une caution m'a été demandée alors que j'ai payé en cash dès mon arrivée et qu'elle me sera remboursée seulement entre 7 et 14 jours...enfin j'espère !

Pros:

Magnifique maison traditionnelle réaménagée avec goût..ns avions un duplex salle de bain, rangements, lit supplémentaire, coffre et frigidaire. Au 1er étage grande chambre avec petit balcon. Le personnel est adorable. La situation idéale pour le night market, magasins et visite de la vieille ville. Beaucoup de restaurants et bars à proximité. Petit buffet déjeuner simple. Le dernier jour ns étions les seuls on nous a demandé ce que l'on voulait manger au petit dej et à quelle heure. Un hôtel plein de charme.

Cons:

Rien. Si j'avais une suggestion mettre une ampoule plus forte au plafond de la chambre. Les lampes de chevet nous permettent de lire donc pas de problème.

A fantastic place to base yourself and explore Melaka. We would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The holiday home was really lovely, so spacious and well kitted out for short or long stays. A great dining area and kitchen to share a meal with friends and family. The rooms were really big and the beds comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The added bonus was access to the hotel facilities and helpful staff. The hotel breakfast was really lovely with extremely well cooked local food and international food on offer. The hotel was really beautiful with lovely traditional furniture and art. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and very polite.

Cons:

We loved everything about our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Our 1st stay at Heeren
Pros:

House was spacious which allowed us to spend some communal time together in privacy of our own space. Cleanliness. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

It's an old house. No shower door or curtain so water splashes to the WC area.

A great stay in the heart of a historic location. Excellent value.
Pros:

A very comfortable historic property. The room was a great size for a family (with 2 teen boys!). Everything was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The included breakfast was simple but ample with a nice mix of local and western options. The property is ideally located and a short walk to all the Malacca highlights.

Cons:

Everything was great. A few extra touches that would have been nice for a room that size would have been some additional hooks for hanging wet towels, an extra luggage rack and even a coat rack (again extra hanging space). But again, nice to haves and certainly not deal breakers

Pros:

Charming heritage house close to places of interest.Well maintained and clean, we loved the balcony. Unfortunately no roof on it and it was a lot of rain during our stay.

Cons:

It is on 3 levels and lay out could be more convenient, you have to go up and down, up and down. No table and just one chair inside the apartement.
