Une grande adresse
Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique, de beaux meubles, des tapis précieux, des bibelots superbes En outre, la galerie d'art jointe à l'hôtel permet de voir photos et toiles originales. Enfin, les 3 dames qui s'occupent des lieux sont formidables Une grande adresse.

Excellent stay in central Georgetown
Pros:

Really good size rooms.
Bed was very comfortable.
Lots of towels.
Great to have access to water to top up drinks bottles anytime we needed.
Judy was fantastic. She gave us a lot of useful info on arrival and helped us out with whatever we needed.
A very central location and also very quiet.
The courtyard was a real treat.
The rooms are very elegant and the communal areas are lovely.

Pros:

Small boutique hotel with a lot of character. Really friendly staff helping us with local recommendations. Location was great with a lot of amazing food options around. Highly recommended.

It is an old / traditional building with some limitations that might not appeal to everyone.

Best way to experience old world charm & cuisine in Penang
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous, traditional styling and with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Great bed, great aircon. Right in the heart of the old town. Staff were exceptional.

A friendly welcome and a great place to stay.
Pros:

The location was down a quiet street despite being very central. We were warmly greeted by Ruby with water and lots of information about local food options and best time to visit various sights. Nice little seating area at the front to relax. Despite being in a heritage building, it had all the facilities we needed and was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was unusual and very nice. The breakfast choice was limited compared to large hotels (juice / fruit / cereal / eggs / toast / hot drink), but it was all delicious and made to order and it was nice to be waited on for a change! It turns out I don't need to eat cake for breakfast! If you stay here, you will remember it long after you have forgotten other modern hotels you have visited. It felt like good value based on the location.

Cons:

It was not a problem for us, but the upstairs rooms are accessed by steep wooden stairs! (due to the nature of the property) So be warned if this will be a problem for you.

Wunderschönes Shophouse mitten in Georgetown
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super gemütlich. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sehr sauber und top zentral gelegen. Wer mal ein Shophouse von innen erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig! Ruby ist sehr freundlich und beantwortet alle Fragen und hat praktische Tipps für Restaurants, Bars, Sehenswürdigkeiten und vieles mehr parat! Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder kommen und jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen!
