Aroma Nha Trang Boutique Hotel

Cet petit hôtel pas trop mal situé n'est pas à la hauteur. La chambre louée était grande et bien agencée mais comportait de gros défauts auxquels la direction n'a pas répondu : la porte de secours donnant sur l'escalier extérieur ne fermait pas à clé, la chambre était accessible à tous. Il y a un grand trou dans la baignoire par lequel l'eau se vide. Le frigidaire était chaud voir brulant à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur alors que je choisis mes hôtels par rapport à la présence de cet objet. Le coffre-fort ne s'ouvrait plus après une utilisation. Le personnel m'a alors prêter la clé qui ouvrait tous les coffres fort de l'hôtel... belle responsabilité. Le personnel était sympathique et compréhensif mais ne pouvait pas faire grand chose.

An excellent deal. The proprietress was very helpful in suggesting good authentic Vietnamese restaurant and booking my bus ticket for my trip to Da Lat. First rate service.
Good central location

It a family own hotel business. The receptionist not very welcome when you check in and out . The lobby act mostly off the whole day , only open when breakfast buffet . During the buffet all the waitresses serving food and having food on their hands too . So gross and nasty .

Plus points my room was decent clean and all stuff mostly new .

Not on the beach as advertised.
Pool and roof terrace are tiny.
Room is nice, but I question the standard price, okay with 50%+ discount.

Bad service, dirty kitchen. They are trying to scam me for 5'000'000VND because my foot went through the shoddy bath this morning. They say we put a too big weight in the bath/shower - I'm 85-90kg!

Loud building going on all around.... not really their fault but adds to the bad overall feeling

良かった点は、
・部屋もきれいでビーチが近い。ビーチに出るようかプール用かビーチサンダルと籠バッグが用意されていました。
・30分前のチェックインOK
・つたない英語で話しても対応してくれた。愛想はあまりありません。
・プールが屋上にあり綺麗。朝6時からよる10時まで利用できます。小さいので他の利用客がいると気まずいです。

気になる点は、
・朝食はこじんまりとしたビュッフェ。フロントからエレベーターの通りでの食事なので居心地はよくない。オムレツ等はその場で調理していました。味は食べていないので分かりません。

総評として次回は別のホテルを探すと思います。
理由は70%プライスダウンに惹かれて予約をしましたが、プライスダウンした値段相応のホテルだと感じたからです。

Great & warm staff.

Was traveling alone so the room was big.
If sharing beware that the bathroom is all glass and gray out through the middle.

Be aware there is a nightclub next door and across the street that runs to 3am if your room is on the entrance side.

Otherwise great location for restaurant. Easy walking distance to the beach but take care crossing the road. Traffic don’t stop for pedestrians.

The room was lovely and spacious, however the shower was cold and water went everywhere. The balcony was tiny with no chairs provided. The welcome was unpleasant. Staff sleeping across chairs in lobby. No toilet paper provided, even when we asked for more. At the end of our stay we were charged to replace towels and sheets and bath mats because they had general use dirt and small make up marks that would have easily come out in the wash. They didn’t understand anything we said and there was no manager on site to speak to. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We stayed for two nights. The receptionist and staff are lovely. There's just a few problems with other things.
The hotel is next to a nightclub that pumps music however I'm saying that for other people as that doesn't affect me. A big problem I had was that there is blurred glass for the bathroom so you can actually see your traveling buddy or partner on the toilet. Little bit impersonal and I'm no prude. The other thing is that the shower was broken because the lever to switch to the shower and stop running the tap wouldn't stay up. My boyfriend had to wrap something around the base so it would stay up and let the shower run. No hot water.
Bed was super comfortable though and location is good.

The hotel was tidy and comfortable. Hotel employees were friendly. A late check-out was possible for an extra fee. An airport transportation was easy to arrange and we could leave our luggage at the hotel reception between the check-out and the airport transportation. Hence, we could spend the last day in the city. The location of the hotel was very good. The beach, restaurants, bars, spas and shops were close within a short walking distance. First day breakfast was limited as some of the food was finished. However, we came to the breakfast 30 minutes before it was suppose to end. The next days when we arrived earlier, the breakfast was good and the food was supplied regularly. Next to the hotel was a bar which played loud music approximately till 3 am. We stayed on the fifth floor and the noise was still significant. Hence, we cannot recommend this hotel to people who find it hard to fall asleep.

This was my worst experience ever!
Nobody speak English at this hotel, which doesn’t help you to make any arrangements. I rent out a scooter thru the reception ( somehow), which was out of the fuel, so I stopped after 500 meters ( fuel indicator didn’t work). This was frustrating for me, but super funny for the reception.
I didn’t sleep the whole night due to the noise from the club nearby ( the windows were literally shaking from the base till 2 am), and then the construction noise continues till the morning. Nobody mentioned anything about the noise when I was checking in.

The breakfast arrangement is very poor and dirty.

Don't stay here unless you like cold showers, clogged drains, no toilet paper and staff asleep across chairs in the lobby or playing on their phones on the other side of the room from an empty reception desk. The place looks nice, but nobody who works here cares about this hotel. The boom-boom-boom from the nightclub next door until 3am was the least of our worries.

Location was good - I could walk to the night markets and the beach and there were plenty of shops all around the area. My room faces the main road and had a tiny balcony; the room and bath were modern; fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, air-conditioner, tv available. The room was comfortable, but at night, the night club next door came alive and I had to bear with the booming rhythms till the wee hours of the morning. The lobby transformed into a breakfast den .... and the stale smell of food lingered ...
