Pros:

Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und besonders die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch das Rezeptionsteam war in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit, professionell und sehr gastfreundlich – dafür möchte ich mich ausdrücklich bedanken.

Cons:

Lediglich die Zimmerreinigung könnte etwas sorgfältiger sein. Ansonsten war alles sehr angenehm.

Bel hotel moderne très bien situé pour visiter Istanbul

Pros:

The location was fantastic—right next to the metro and Forum Istanbul. Most of the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The only major issue was the street noise; the constant honking during busy hours was quite disturbing. Also, out of the three rooms I stayed in, one was a bit outdated. Regarding the service, while most of the housekeeping staff were professional and did a great job, there was one specific cleaner who was very disappointing. Some days the room wasn't cleaned at all—they only made the bed and left the rest.

Pros:

Room: spacious enough, getting cold quickly (corner room) but you have air conditioning which can heat it up quickly, toilet also had good size, inc. shower.
Location: good, close to metro, 5 min walk, big shopping centre 5 min away where you can buy anything you need, you can eat, have coffee.
Breakfast: a bit poor choice like for self-called 5* hotel, no coffee machine, only filter coffee, only eggs and soup are hot there to eat.
Hotel stars: Booking says 5* but I would rate: Turkish aspiring 5* but in European standard it is 3.5* hotel
Clean, spacious place to stay. For the discounted price I paid it was OK but for regular prices I saw earlier it would be very expensive.

Cons:

- poor choice of food for breakfast like for 5* hotel
- no coffee machine for good double expresso or late
- sauna not working at all but according to comments and reviews it is not working now for months which is very disappointing because you pay for it in you room price
- furniture has a sign of use in the room, only two hangers
- broken towel hanger in the bathroom
- TV channels did not work for more than 24 hours in entire hotel
- WiFi a bit weak, sometimes it was lagging.

На самом деле, отель наверное был хорош, когда он был новый. Но создается впечатление что за ним не очень хорошо ухажива
Pros:

Месторасположение отеля достаточно удобное, рядом хороший торговый центр. Для нас это было большим плюсом. Хороший паркинг. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный.

Cons:

Мы бронировали номер на троих: муж, я и ребенок. Приехали достаточно поздно, номер был не подготовлен для отдыха ребёнка. Ждали пока принесут дополнительную кровать. Тот номер ( на 1 этаже), который заказывали изначально был очень маленький и если установить туда еще и дополнительную кровать, то прохода вообще не было бы. Поэтому пришлось переехать в другой номер на 5 этаже. Он был попросторнее. Но в ванной комнате везде валялись волосы предыдущих жильцов. Нет ершика для унитаза.)) . На следующий день попросили утюг прогладить свою одежду. Принесли утюг с кривой неуклюжей гладильной доской. Вечером пришли в номер, не Оказалось света, пришлось ждать 30 минут человека по ремонту. Он пришел и все исправил за 2 секунды. Карточки от номера то работают, то не работают. Из за этого иногда не возможно спуститься или подняться в номер. Завтрак достаточно слабый для заявленного уровня отеля.

The hotel is well located next to the Forum shopping center and the metro station. The local restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, and the service is very good, especially Hakan.
