Clean and convenient place

It was okay. Stairs are very dangerous bc it’s weirdly slanted. Almost fell down the stairs. There is also NO AC and it was scorching hot

Good for the price, just a bit far away from the main touristy parts 30 min minimum to get to bars and restaurants helpful staff English was spoken well

Property is nice and clean. The only thing I didnt like about my room was lighting. It was quite dim. The room could use some more lights.

It was a cheap and surprisingly good room - for this price I expected scam or hostel. The room looks exactly as on the pic, quite spacious. Bathroom is okay. Shampoo, soap, dental kit, slippers were provided during check-in. Cards payment accepted. No elevator, so 3rd floor is quite a challenge with a 25 kg suitcase. I slept very well on this large bed, it was quite a surprise too. Overall, very unexpected and cheap stay. No caffe around, so either get food delivery or walk for some time to shopping mall.

Staff at fiveseasons were very polite, helpful and accomodating.

Friendly staff and value for money

Your staying will much depend on the next door neighbors. If you get a team of sport teenagers, your nights will be a nightmare and you will have to look for their coach to make them quiet.

My overall experience at the property was great. The staff was helpful and courteous. The stay is high value with private room with attached bathroom at 11k tenge per night. There is a shared kitchen with utensils and amenities like stove, microwave, fridge. The room was basic and heated; great deal at this price. I found the room to be clean and spacious. There is 24 hr reception and I could easily checkin in the middle of the night. Wifi is also available. There is a mart nearby for basic stuff. They don't have hair dryer in room so you can borrow it from reception.

Property is value for money, dont expect many facilities at this price, area surrounding the property consist of corporate buildings, departmental store and restaurants are near by it is 3km from city center

Was surprised by the rudeness of the hosts.

For 7000 kzt (about $17) this is a real bargain. Service is fine and the room was reasonably clean (didn’t see any bugs). It’s not right downtown but not too far either (45 min walk or 10 min taxi ride to the historic center).

The curtains weren’t that thick so a lot of light comes in the room in the morning- not great if you want to sleep in.

Отличное место отдыха в конце дня. Не сказать, что в центре, но все близко. До БЦ НурлыТау 20 минут ходьбы. До Центрального Парка, рынка - 30 минут на такси. До КокТобе - 15 минут на такси.

I was a solo taveler. I paid $15 USD per night for two nights for a clean room that has a private bathroom and would sleep 5 people.

Breakfast was $2 USD.

I went on to stay at a very nice hotel after this, but the value here would be hard to beat, especially because one of the nights was just so I could sleep due to arriving from the airport at 2am.

Schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal. Ruhige Lage, dennoch sind alle wichtigen Orte schnell erreichbar.

The room was large & the beds were not as hard as in China. We could not get a good night's sleep due to all the cockroaches. They were crawling on us in the bed & walls. The front desk people do not speak any English. Location was too bad for walking around.

The room was much better than expected. The overall stay was really good. The people at the hotel are very nice and very helpful.

Great staff which provide good service. Good location and big rooms. Provided us with local SIM cards upon arrival.

The staff was helpful, The facilities are clean, good beds. Location is in the centre close to bus and metro routes. I recommend this hostel.

Nice facility, welcoming staff, but I got assigned to a room with 3 single beds instead of a bedroom with a double bed. Works were undergoing on the staircase so it was a bit messy. No lift.
