Không gian ấm cúng, lễ tân và nhân viên dọn phòng rất oke, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Chúng tôi đến hơi muộn hơn so với giờ nhận phòng dự kiến nhưng đã được tạo điều kiện nhận phòng nhanh.

Pros:

Một trong những nơi lưu trú ưng ý nhất của tôi mỗi khi đến Sapa du lịch. Phòng sạch sẽ gọn gàng, wifi mạnh tha hồ xem youtube. Nhân viên ở sảnh lễ tân cũng rất nhiệt tình.

I'm sorry to give a poor review but I think they just need to update the rooms and work on breakfast
Pros:

We chose this location based on pictures and reviews. The lobby was as pictured but the rooms were dated. The outside of the hotel was not as pictured because the building had an additional cafe or office building attached to it which took away from its beauty. It was close to the lake and walking distance from the Train to Fansipan, and shopping. The breakfast was lacking in options, and I would say it was not good. Staff was awesome though and very helpful storing our luggage while we took a tour.

Pros:

The woman at the front desk was exceptionally warm when we checked in. It had been a long day of travelling and her manner made an immediate difference to how the evening felt. Room was comfortable and clean. Very satisfied overall.
