Please note the hotel has an agreement with Switchpark Oude Vest parking at Oude Vest 3 in Breda. Guests can get a discount of 15% on the parking fee with a discount card available at the reception.

It is also possible that due to the central location of the hotel, rooms at the front of the building may be subject to some noise disturbance as a result of night life in the evenings.

Goed centraal gelegen, ruime kamer. Value for money!
Pros:

Prima en ruime kamer, wel helemaal bovenin het gebouw (flinke klim met koffertje).

Cons:

Bovenste verdieping alleen bereikbaar via de trap. Voor mij geen probleem maar als je wat minder mobiel/fit bent…?

Claustrofobische kamer, de rest was goed.
Pros:

Goed ontbijt.
Handige locatie.
Ruime douche & WC ruimte.

Cons:

Claustrofobische kamer met 2 kleine ramen waar je niet direct doorheen kunt kijken. Was geen foto van beschikbaar.
Zeker in de zomer wellicht te warm.
Geen koelkast wel een kluis.

Ons verblijf was heel geslaagd en wij raden het hotel aan bij onze vrienden en kennissen!
Pros:

Wij waren er al om 13u30 en mochten al meteen inchecken, heel positief!
Personeel ook vriendelijk, ontbijt ook in orde. Zelf nog een extra koffie van het huis gekregen.
locatie ook perfect voor ons, midden in het bruisende stadscentrum.
Bedden ook OK, enkel iets te warm op de kamer :)

Cons:

De lift ging maar tot het 2de verdiep en onze kamer was op het 3de.
Dan moesten we de heel steile trap nemen met onze valiezen, dat was wel een minpuntje. Voor de rest geen minpunten

Pros:

Top locatie middenin het centrum! Vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. We parkeerden bij Q Park, dat was vlakbij.

Cons:

Het was erg warm in de kamers, en ook best gehorig.

Perfect central location with amazing staff and comfortable rooms!
Pros:

The location is perfect being right on the main square. I was there for Kingsday and this was ideal, but anytime of year the location would be perfect. The room was comfortable and, even with the busy Kingsday crowds, quite quiet when I closed the window (I'll admit, I LOVED leaving it open and watching all the excitement below). I strongly recommend this hotel if you are in Breda!!!

We’d stay again but not in room 1
Pros:

Location was spot on. The staff were superb. The food and breakfast were excellent

Cons:

Room 1 - lovely room but no soundproofing so we could hear a pump going all night plus people coming and going through a door near the room.
Bathroom was a little cramped.

Everything was fine and about as expected. I have not encountered any problems. The location is good. The hotel is in the walking distance from the train station and in a very center of the city.
