De locatie is super. Midden op de markt is een voordeel, maar je hebt 's avonds natuurlijk ook geluid van de horeca om je heen, en 's ochtend van de karren met nieuwe levensmiddelen die worden aangevoerd

Cons:

het ontbijt is geen buffet maar een afgemeten vooraf bepaald 'menu'. De hoeveelheid koffie/thee/etc is ook afgemeten.

Hotel bien ubicado que necesita realizar algunos cambios en relación al confort.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel, desde mi mirada, es excelente: está en el centro histórico de Breda, sobre la Grote Markt. El personal es sumamente cordial y atento. Valoro positivamente los desayunos del hotel. Muy ricos.

Cons:

Estuve en el hotel del 10 al 17/08/26. Hubo días de un calor muy intenso, sabía que el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado, pero no sabía que para abrir un poco las ventanas era necesario poner una madera debajo para sostenerla abierta. Si bien pedí ver otra de habitación para un cambio, pasaba lo mismo con la ventana. El sábado 15/08 no limpiaron mi habitación y el domingo 16/08 pasadas las 14.00 horas pedí servicio de limpieza, dado que tampoco limpiaron la habitación. La persona que vino se limitó a hacer la cama.

Great hotel but recommend a room on first two floors at the back
Pros:

Town centre location was great for shopping, cafes and sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Town centre location also meant it was noisy until very late at night. Top floor room in the roof at the front got very hot in the heatwave of August 2026.
