De signing is slecht. Nergens hangen bordjes, ook in de lift niet. Je hebt een dag nodig om je weg te kennen in het hotel.
Very nice hotel for family holiday with kids. We enjoyed the pool, the breakfast and dinner (already in the package), the view and the nice restautants (such as in Taman Budaya) in the area.

Had a wonderful stay with very friendly and attentive staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious and well prepared. Staff name kak Giselle was really nice
This hotel is quite attractive as a meeting venue requiring ample space. The rooms are quite clean, and there's a mini gym and a swimming pool.
What's particularly special is the wide variety of food, from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring a wide variety of local Indonesian, Middle Eastern, and Western dishes, all with exquisite flavors.
I had a great experience at Aston Sentul’s buffet dinner. The variety of dishes—from appetizers and grills to pasta and desserts—was impressive. Everything was flavorful and well presented. The staff were attentive and friendly, creating a truly enjoyable dining experience.
1) Im check in late due to something come up, i did request to hotel extra bed and im agreed to pay extra once im in pls prepare earlier im tired, but when im check in no extra bed and its accessories not yet setup. 2) Then im decide to go for dinner at the restaurant at 730 pm, front desk restaurant offered us with 1juta for 3 pax, then we on..but when we come in like the dinner is about to over, im requesting coconut drink..finish no refill, then im saw lobster is still cooking , some guest que then i go for other food. then waiting for lobster, finish not refill then im request they said finish no more lobster, even the uncooked lobster is there. I also see there so many tray is empty not refill. i like what?? im just in for dinner which i already paid 1juta for what? And final worst at 8.30pm your hotel staff remind us that the dinner close at 9.00pm??? If u plan to stop serve dinner earlier why u offer us at first! we can go somewhere else for better option for dinner! 3) we repeat stay here because we love fishing activities, unfortunately there is no bait and batang kail like usual.
Good view and good hospitality, stay for one day with family and have a great experience.

Complete breakfast selections & the room has a quite nice interiors & clean bathroom.
A bit weird i still got asked on my bed preferences at check in when i already wrote it in special request & message. The front office laidbackly asked me to just check in and see if the bed already as per request or not. Also i found a small cockroach in my room.
