Possittives- The Hotel is located in a good place. Outside ambiance is good. They have a very good resturent Golden Curry. Room which opt was of enough space with a sliding window to have outer breeze to refresh air conditioned room. Cost is reasonable.
Negatives-
*No toilateries.
*Cotton powder flows from towels
*Poor laundry service
*Poor cleanliness on room/wash room/elevator
*Straight away opening the door without a knock for room service
The bad experience was - Responsibility hand over among each other ( I was here after a long journey and asked at reception while checked in (7.00pm) to prioratize my laundy service. They accepted and said please keep in room, next morning it will be collected. After my job, while I reached room next evening, found laundry still in. Checked with reception, the reply was "I was not here yesterday". He promised and sent a house keeping representative.
The house keeping gentlenan said "the laundy can be collected tomorrow only". I asked him "then why did you came to room now" He replied "some one asked me to come here!"
I managed my laundy service outside.
At the time of check out while I raised this issue,
one lady was at reception, she hear me and was asking some one to call and answer. (Responsibility hand over)
One who wish to live please remember about house keeping and laundy service.
Good facility was available on previous visit.
Tissue paper or poor condition. During rub on hand paper stuck on hand and small small dust are coming. Same was of Tawal

TV channels not available at all
All channels were getting message " expired please rechage"
Room was smelling and has moisture on roof (water leakage) Bugs in Bed, cockroach in bathroom. It was the worst experience of my stay. Chair seat was torn.
Near to nmc garden, room was clean and comfortable. staff are good. Breakfast was tasty. service was slow. check in was smooth.
Locatuon wise okay near to chaudhari animal park, room was decent overall hotel maintained good hygiene. Room and washroom were spotless. breakfast was good.
