The stay was ok, the room comfort ok, but had booked it at trivago for 77 usd but ended up paying 99
Pros:

They do not provide a toothbrush and toothpaste. Hygiene products are important to the travelers.

Cons:

provide basics, I was not provided with Wi-Fi password, and when I walked back to the receptionist, I asked for a written pamphlet with information on which extension to call the service desk, Wi-Fi information, etc. The male uninterested staff with a little dog just handed me a business card with no internal telephone contact information on it. I didn't go back.

Won’t be back!!!
Pros:

The hotel is old and dingy. Definitely needs upgrading. Can’t have a bath because there is no plug for the bathtub. The room hasn’t been cleaned properly for who knows how long! The pillows are the lumpiest I’ve ever seen.

The tub had slow drainage while you shower, so the water would fill up in the tub while the shower is going.

Pros:

The man running the front desk has such a refreshing personality because he has a personality and he takes action to use it to make people feel welcome and comfortable! The rooms were clean and adequate. I had a great breakfast for free too! The rooms are older but clean and the bathtub water was so hot it almost felt Spa like!
