מלון טוב במרכז סן קריסטובל, מעוצב מאוד יפה, חדרים גדולים,,ארוחות בוקר טובות מאוד, נקי,
יש חימום וכספת, מיטה נוחה.
באזור מלא מסעדות וברים.
צוות מעולה.

Cons:

היו בעיות עם מים חמים שתוקנו מהר, אין מעלית אבל הצוות דואג לעלות את המזוודות .
יש חלון בחדר שלא נפתח כך שהחדר למעשה לא מתאוורר.
אין מקרר, אבל אפר להשתמש במקרר שבמטבח.

Nice place in good location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to most things. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and an ice perk to start the day. The decor, each room having a theme associated with different regions of Chiapas, are very well decorated and designed.

Cons:

The rooms are all off of the central courtyard, so it can be noisy if you are in a room on the ground floor. My first night there, there were guests sitting in the common area that stayed up late talking loudly, and the small space between room and common area made for a sleepless night. Also the ground floor rooms on the street side are very noisy from traffic early in the morning. While the hotel is rated as five stars, the rooms could use a little love. The walls are scuffed from suitcases, and the wear and tear from guests os evident.

Descansa rodeado de detalles.
Pros:

Desde el primer momento al entrar al hotel, todo fue un mundo de detalles, el personal, Daniel una finísima persona que todo el tiempo estaba pendiente de nuestras necesidades y preguntas. La habitación muy agradable y comoda. Los sitios al rededor de las habitaciones muy agradables para quedarse a leer o descansar. Un ambiente muy tranquilo. El desayuno espectacular. Lo recomiendo al 100%!!

Cons:

Se podría mejorar un poco la iluminación del cuarto, o por lo menos del área de baño.

Personnel adorable, attentif et discret nous avons pu attendre dans leur salon à l’accueil l’heure de notre départ nocturne en bus en feuilletant de beaux livres sur la région
Petit déjeuner compris , délicieux , varié à la carte dans le patio très agréable avec de beaux objets
Très bien situé dans une rue calme à 5mn du Centre

Le paiement en carte de crédit génère un supplément de 4% par rapport au prix annoncé qui est déjà élevé

Chiapas folklore in a cozy place close to downtown and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Wonderful stay! The hotel is gorgeous and conveniently located close to downtown.
The rooms are beautifully decorated with local art and the staff’s attention was lovely.

My husband and I went for our honeymoon and the staff’s attention to the detail in making our stay extra special was beyond. Thank you so much ! Specially to Daniel and Marco for being so kind at all times!
They even decorated our suite upon arrival !

Nothing bad to say - my stay was fantastic.

Pros:

The hotel is small and quaint in a quiet location. My room was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely served in the covered courtyard by Daniel who was very helpful throughout. It was cold in the mornings and evenings when I was at San Cris so one needs to wrap up for breakfast.

Pros:

Choosing accommodation can be tricky, but Casa Santa Lucia was exactly as shown in the photos and description. Beautiful furniture and local crafts decorate the entire place. The bedroom was very comfortable, the water was hot, and breakfast was plentiful and fresh with lovely coffee. The Wi-Fi worked great, staff very helpful and the accommodation was spotless.
