HK Beach Resort

Property is at the beach but far from market. There is no restaurant around, there just one hotel's restaurant which is not open for dinner.
For market have to take tuk tuk which takes around 10minutes.
Water pressure is low for shower. Basis amenities are limited
Staff are good
Overall it's at a good location if you are looking for a beach hotel.

The room that we booked is dirty. The blanket itself is dirty when we arrived. There are also many cockroaches inside the room. When I told the reception that there are many cockroaches that come from our bed and also inside the Restroom. The staff just sprayed a baygon inside the room. He also sprayed a baygon on our pillow. I complained that the smell of baygon is not good since I have a child with me.

He told me that the cockroaches is just normal since it is a rainy season. There are also many cobwebs. I told him, is this the worth of the room that we payed for ₱4,000 pesos per night.

He told that there is no available housekeeping at that time since. When I started to complained again that the time that he called the housekeeping and they started to clean our room.

It was a terrible experienced with the staff and the resort.

Property is right on White Sand Beach. Wifi is terrible and power kept going off and on. So if your trying to do some business its no good for that. Parking is also limited and sketchy at best. The location is a few minutes from the main town in a lovely coastal area though. Would recommend for low tech travellers looking for a place on the beach. Staff also seemed very friendly.

The room was very clean. The parking space tho was limited.

Lots of mosquitos, reception is not 24hrs. , toilet flush is broken

No room amenities like cable tv, wifi, hot & cold shower

This hote was absolutely disgusting. Dead flies and ants crawling the walls of the bathroom. A bed that makes a college dorm futon feel like heaven.
Nasty smells, stains on the walls and sheets. This hotel doesn’t even get one star.

Bo inte här . Hotellet borde tas ur Hotels.com utbud oseriös och arrogant personal.Rummet var inte städat nar vi kom så vi tog ett annat. Kom knappt vatten i duschen ,bara en mugg ingen fungerande tv smutsigt ,dåligt.wifi. Lakanens renhet diskutabel. Fruktansvärt överpris . Kommer inte sätta vår fot här igen.

We had an overnight stay with my friends here. The place. Food is good and the staff are nice.

From the time we checked-in up to the time we left HK beach resort, our experience from the room ( w/c was downgraded) to their service ( resort's staffs are snob) we don't feel that we are valued enough. We experience nothing but disappointment and regret that we booked this resort which was not worth our effort and money to this resort. Well, I hope that it will not happen again in my next bookings with Hotels.com.

設備が壊れている箇所が多い。
田舎だからある程度しょうがないと思うが、水やwifi、電話回線がしょっちゅう止まる。
レストランの従業員の接客態度は、悪い。

WiFi was not good .tv cable did not work and staff was soso

Wifi wasn’t free even though it was advertised as free. Mosquitos in room. Restaurant infested with flies

宿泊費は高い。シャワーはチョロチョロお湯が垂れる感じ。笑 バスマットやバスタオルだけでもマトモな物を用意してくれれば、大分印象良くなると思います。少し離れたビーチには欧米人がたくさんいます。夜は騒々しいので、静かに過ごしたい人はこちらのホワイトビーチ沿いの方がお勧めです。

If you’re all about having a sandy, swim able beach, this place has it! But you better like people, because the beach can be very crowded, depending on when you go. Convenient boats offshore to charter for island hopping and snorkeling. I only paid 2000 pesos for 18 people and just over two hours of fun. The restaurant is just ok, maybe slightly below the standard I would prefer. Room was large, but the beds weren’t super comfortable. AC worked well. The rooms don’t really have a sea view, which contradicts what many of the websites advertise. You can see it, barely... from the outside deck looking sideways. While I was there, they started very loud construction at 7am. Hopefully they don’t do that often.

I thought I’d give this place a go even though the reviews were negative.
Unfortunately this place is depressingly ordinary. Management just have no idea.

Hotel was decent. You don't get much for your money, just a good, clean place to stay.

Also food at the restaurant was expensive but not that good so you can skip that.
