Spectacular views. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Cons:

Hot- sorry not your fault but with windows and curtains open the people on the pier have a clear view into our room (room 16). Maybe a sheer curtain for getting dressed? Needed 2 more pillows.

Das Duschzeug von Molton Brown.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Sehr laute Umgebung (Zimmer direkt zur vielbefahrenen Seestrasse). Bett katastrophal (wäre fast auseinandergefallen). Stinkender Teppich. Rostende Badezimmerarmaturen. Steckdosen aus dem Mittelalter. Stroh-Müllkorb ohne Boden. Matratze durchgelegen. Schäbiger Allgemeinzustand. Das Hotel ist NICHT zu empfehlen!!!

Wir haben bisher noch nie eine Hotelbewertung geschrieben, möchten unsere Enttäuschung diesmal aber teilen.

Für einen Preis von über 240 € pro Nacht inklusive Frühstück hätten wir deutlich mehr Service erwartet. Wir sind mit unseren hochwertigen E-Bikes angereist und mussten feststellen, dass es weder einen sicheren Fahrradraum noch eine abschließbare Unterstellmöglichkeit gibt. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns lediglich geraten, die Räder draußen anzuschließen. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass keinerlei Bemühungen unternommen wurden, gemeinsam eine Lösung zu finden.

Gerade bei hochwertigen E-Bikes ist eine sichere Unterbringung für viele Radreisende selbstverständlich. Im Falle eines Diebstahls wäre der gesamte Urlaub praktisch beendet.

Wir reisen sehr häufig mit unseren E-Bikes und haben bisher immer eine Garage oder zumindest einen sicheren Abstellplatz angeboten bekommen. Umso unverständlicher war diese Erfahrung.

Schade – bei diesem Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Service, Gastfreundschaft und Wertschätzung für radreisende Gäste erwartet.

Ich kann das Hotel u Restaurant bestens empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See war top, auch die Restaurantterrasse mit Seeblick. Das Hotel war gepflegt, sauber, angenehm, das Personal sehr (!) freundlich.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keine Einzelzimmer zus Seeseite. Dies wurde mir fairerweise im Vorfeld mitgeteilt. Das Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach war zwar herzig und gemütlich eingerichtet, jedoch bei dieser Sommerhitze sehr (!) warm. Da es zur Strassenseite lag, konnten die Fenster wg Lärm nicht offen gelassen werden.
