Comodidad para viajar.
Pros:

Ubicación: a escasos metros de la estación de tren y autobús. Desayuno disponible aparte.
Check in rápido. Personal amables y servicial.
Consigna disponible sin cargo.

Cons:

Cosas a mejorar: estaría bien colocar alguna percha en los baños para colgar las toallas. Añadiría algo de seguridad poniendo un pestillo o cierre por dentro de la puerta de la habitación.
Pondría una mampara o cortina en la ducha para evitar salpicar de más el suelo del baño.
Contra el ruido de la calle o un vecino molesto no se puede hacer mucho.

The woman at the reception desk was rude to me, as if she were revealing her Russian or homophobic views in her tone of voice. I felt very uncomfortable, and I also didn't get the room I wanted!

My room felt like a closet, poorly renovated, and the strong smell of cheap air freshener from the bathroom was enough to make you hold your breath. There was only one window, and it looked out onto a narrow courtyard well, from which no fresh air came. The walls were also very thin, and I could hear voices and the TV from the next room all night.

I think they are deceiving tourists and profiting from their gullibility.

I was also forced to pay again for a room that I had already paid for and booked, and when I wanted to pay in cash, the female administrator arrogantly told her that "it would be more convenient for HER if I paid by card" this is cringe WTF 🥴

Pros:

Localização excelente, perto da estação de autocarros e comboios.

Cons:

Ouve-se muito barulho dos outros quartos e dos corredores, o isolamento é muito mau. Acordei às 7 da manhã com pessoas a falar super alto nos corredores e assim estiveram durante 2 horas.
Os quartos não têm secador, é preciso pedir na receção. A banheira é muito escorregadia e perigosa, é preciso ter muito cuidado.
