Muy agradecido por el trato personalizado recibido. Por la atención a mis 2 peticiones extraordinarias: 1 habitación silenciosa y 1 cama ancha o doble individual. La excelente ubicación al lado de la EI Vigo Vialia, pues llegé en transporte público.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama, por decir algo, pidia/debía ser mejor y no hundirse como de espuma casi solamente.

Fatal experiencia. Pagué por una habitación doble superior ya que estoy embarazada (cosa que informé al hotel y pedí almohadas extra por lo mismo). Al llegar había 3 camas (sin almohadas extra), ambas con los colchones que de sólo de tocarlos se sentían los muelles. El olor en la habitación era a lejía y se sentía mucha condensación, el calor dentro insoportable, no mejoraba ni abriendo las ventanas, pues apenas había ventilación. Era una habitación hacia un patio interior que apenas tenía luz natural y ventilación, para NADA parecida a las fotos publicadas en booking con la habitación superior que fue pagada. Volvimos al hotel después de medianoche y nos fue imposible dormir, dolía la espalda sólo de estar media hora en alguna de las camas. Tanto así que a las 2 y pico am decidimos volver a casa... Puede ser un hotel de 1 estrella, pero hemos hasta un hostal tendría mejores colchones que esos. No lo recomendaría jamás.

Terrible, nada recomendable.

Irme de allí.

Cons:

Llegar y encontrarme chicles pegados al cabecero de la cama, un aislamiento nulo, se escuchaba absolutamente todo de las habitaciones cercanas y pasillo. Completamente imposible dormir más de 4h al tener que madrugar. En una de las noches llamé a atención 24h por ruidos excesivos y no daba línea. (No hay recepcionista 24h, pero te facilitan ese número). Al irme les conté lo ocurrido y me ofrecieron un café para compensar. Me siento estafada. Ah y la ducha estaba atascada.
