Pros:

The location of the property was perfect, close enough to time square and Central Park. The staff was great! The one bad thing about this place is that we had ants in our room. We tried to clean and not have garbage in our room however that was to no avail. We stayed there for three nights so that was an inconvenience. Other than the little “guys” this is a good place to stay at.

Me pusieron la habitación para 4 adultos y un niño y las camas eran muy pequeñas. Uno tuvo que dormir en el suelo. No había armarios para cinco personas. Muy deficiente las instalaciones.

My stay was extremely comfortable and far exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The free (included) breakfast spread was spectacular. Incredible variety. Great options for literally everyone, no matter what their tastes or preferences. Truly imppressive.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

I don’t drink, but the hotel bar was cozy and quiet and offered exceptionally good bar food for afternoon/evening snacks.

Cons:

There really was nothing I didn’t like.

La localització de l'hotel

Cons:

Que l'habitació reservada era per a 5 persones i l'habitació tenia 2 llits grans i era tan petita que no hi cabia un llit petit.
A més es van negar a oferir-nos cap alternativa, no cap solució.
El personal de recepció era prepotent i en cap cas van voler fer alguna cosa per arreglar la situació.
Van tenir problemes inclús per tal que ens donessin la factura!!!

Llegue casi un dia tarde porque hubo problemas con el vuelo me bañe y salí 9 de la mañana volví a las 6pm y no me habían hecho el cuarto, no cambiaron las toallas.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, Центральный парк и Columbus Circle в пешей доступности, удобно добираться до всех основных достопримечательностей на Manhattan. В непосрдественной близости много кафе, аптека (CVS), продуктовых магазинов, ресторанов, рядом магазин со свежими фруктами, овощами, готовой едой.

There was a great selection at breakfast and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

We were promised a room with two double beds for five people. Unfortunately, the beds were not actually double beds—they were much smaller than expected. It was very difficult for five people to sleep comfortably in such a small room.

Bien ubicado, muy buena opción en una zona muy linda de Manhattan!
Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado, a unas cuatro cuadras del Columbus Circle y del Central Park. El desayuno es excelente y destaco especialmente la atención de la señora que atiende ahí por las mañanas, super atenta a todos y buscando siempre ayudar. El personal de recepción me encontré con personas muy amables y otras no tanto asique no tengo una opinión final sobre eso. La habitación es linda y muy limpia aunque muy pequeña. Literal no tiene placard ni lugar donde dejar las valijas, asique era cerrar la valija para abrir la puerta de la habitación. El bar del lobby muy lindo con la tele pasando siempre los partidos del Mundial. Lo recomiendo!

Cons:

Me gustó todo, solo me hubiera gustado un poco mas de espacio de guardado en el cuarto.

Close to Manhattan cruise pier

Cons:

Absolutely overpriced for the marginal room we had, mind you on the 14th floor as a perk. They claim to be the “Fairfield Inn and Suites” by Marriott, but they admitted that they had no suites at all, that all of their rooms were the same since pretty much. The hotel entrance is below street level, so that guests have to drag all of their belongings up and down a ramp. World wide we have not seen conditions like that, so we dragged our luggage for a nine weeks cruise up and down a ramp.
The hotel also only has two elevators, which is absolutely not enough for a building of about 16 stories high, which proved to be true especially during check out in the morning. The whole building looked like a converted former studio apartment building. Non of these rooms should contain a king size bed, because that fills practically the whole room.

Le store de la chambre semble brisé, nous ne pouvions pas le baisser la nuit pour assombrir la pièce le matin.
