Good hotel.
Pros:

Location was perfect 10 minutes walk to Columbus circle subway station. Breakfast was good and more options.

Cons:

Bien ubicado, muy buena opción en una zona muy linda de Manhattan!
Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado, a unas cuatro cuadras del Columbus Circle y del Central Park. El desayuno es excelente y destaco especialmente la atención de la señora que atiende ahí por las mañanas, super atenta a todos y buscando siempre ayudar. El personal de recepción me encontré con personas muy amables y otras no tanto asique no tengo una opinión final sobre eso. La habitación es linda y muy limpia aunque muy pequeña. Literal no tiene placard ni lugar donde dejar las valijas, asique era cerrar la valija para abrir la puerta de la habitación. El bar del lobby muy lindo con la tele pasando siempre los partidos del Mundial. Lo recomiendo!

Cons:

Me gustó todo, solo me hubiera gustado un poco mas de espacio de guardado en el cuarto.

Close to Manhattan cruise pier

Absolutely overpriced for the marginal room we had, mind you on the 14th floor as a perk. They claim to be the “Fairfield Inn and Suites” by Marriott, but they admitted that they had no suites at all, that all of their rooms were the same since pretty much. The hotel entrance is below street level, so that guests have to drag all of their belongings up and down a ramp. World wide we have not seen conditions like that, so we dragged our luggage for a nine weeks cruise up and down a ramp.
The hotel also only has two elevators, which is absolutely not enough for a building of about 16 stories high, which proved to be true especially during check out in the morning. The whole building looked like a converted former studio apartment building. Non of these rooms should contain a king size bed, because that fills practically the whole room.

Reservei para 5 pessoas e quando cheguei só cabiam 4 pessoas no quarto. Minha filha de 24 anos precisou dormir no chão. Ofereceram somente roupa de cama e banho para ela. Improvisamos com édredon e travesseiros um local no chão para ela dormir. O hotel sugeriu a troca do quarto mas teríamos que pagar a diferença. No meio da copa do mundo os preços estavam estratosféricos, e mesmo a booking tendo me retornou um pequeno valor, não pagou o desconforto e a situação vivida.

Cons:

Le store de la chambre semble brisé, nous ne pouvions pas le baisser la nuit pour assombrir la pièce le matin.
Un peu loin d’une station de métro à la marche (15 min)

Best bartenders around!!
Pros:

I had a few drinks at the bar, and both Omar and Francis were very outgoing, personable, and super nice. The conversation was amazing. I highly recommend when going to this hotel, make a pit stop at the bar, even if it's for a Shirley temple. I've been here a couple times now and they always make my day better. 😁

Great location but room should not have been advertised the way it was
Pros:

Loved the location and breakfast. Front desk very helpful. People of different countries present which gave a very global feeling.

Cons:

The room advertised was not big enough for 4 adults and one child which necessitated us spending another 1000 dollars to get another room. Bathroom was apallingly small.

I can understand if the rooms were advertised tbrough bookings.com but this was a room that should never have been advertised in the first place.

Convenient to Lincoln Center. Too expensive for the very poor condition, small bar, a 2- hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast large buffet and choices were a pleasant surprise. Servers were very lively ladies, friendly and efficient.

Cons:

The building is in very poor condition.....especially for $500 per night.
I asked about reducing the paid in advance charge and was told NO, too late. Should have called before arriving. No unloading zone, no way to leave car and check in.

Awesome!
Pros:

I have been to NYC multiple times, but there will never be a place that tops this place. Best service, clean rooms, and the best service ever!!! Shout out to my new brothers Omar, Frances, and Francisco for making my stay above and beyond…I don’t know what they make but it should be more. Honorable mention to Brian at the front desk. My next trip to NYC I will stay at this location again!!!!
