The hotel is in an excellent location; you can reach Times Square in just a 20-minute walk.
The breakfast was phenomenal, there’s something for everyone, and the menu changes every day.
From eggs, fruit, meat options, puddings, fruit spreads, to various drinks…
The rooms are a great size, they are cleaned every day, and everything is always tidy.
The staff are also friendly and always there to help when you need something.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn’t good was that only one elevator was working. Sometimes we had to wait for it for up to 15 minutes, after which we would give up and take the stairs all the way to the 17th floor.

Overall, a pleasureable experience with over the top hospitality.
Pros:

I liked the excellent professionalism from the staff. Very informative on what is taking place on the premises. My wife liked the option of adjusting the room thermostat to 90 Degrees in Autumn, as she was born with Anemia. The walls are not hollow, so, maintaining a constant room temperature is superb based on the thermostat settings. I booked the room with the King Size bed. My review is based on such quarters. The room is fairly small but, manageable considering the price point.
