Сменить весь персонал ! Поменять мебель и все прочее !

Не постучавшись и не предупредив в принципе, что кто-то придет, горничная вместе с сантехником открыли дверь сами, и хотели войти в номер, это был шок конечно) колхозный отель, все старое, много чего не работает, изнутри даже не закроешься, замок не рабочий !

Cons:

Отель какой-то притон. Звукоизоляции нет и все слышно с других номеров. Также номер оформленный был вообще без окон, о чем не отмечается тут. Пришлось доплачивать, чтобы перевели в номер с окнами.

Не было заявленного вида из окна, хотя при бронировании это указывалось. При первом же заселении почувствовал жёсткий запах сырости и тухлятины из ванной. Кондиционер не работал, так как по словам персонала "его включают только летом". Даже вытяжка не работала! Стены тонкие, слышно то, что слышать не обязательно.
