You can get by even with those multiple inconveniences and annoyances if you need to stay in that particular area.
Pros:

Location, staff

Cons:

*The temperature outside was in 70s and 80s F, the heat was on.
*AC did not work no matter what settings we chose.
*Hotel provides bottled water for drinking, but they were out of it half the time.
*Active ventilation in the bathroom was broken, natural ventilation was non-existent. This resulted in a pervasive musty smell. Bath did not seem to have a trap, so more unpleasant smells came out of there.
*We needed two separate beds, so they just separated one king size bed into two full beds. It would have been fine, but now the pillows blocked the outlets that were needed for phone charging etc.
*The room fridge was ancient, and rusty on the inside. It worked though.
*Electric kettle was rusty on the inside, had a super-short cord, and no convenient outlet next to where it was located. Our options were to use the outlets next to the bed, or 4” off the floor on the opposite end of the room. It worked though.

Overall, my stay was convenient thanks to the great location, but the room quality and overall comfo
Pros:

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to the place I needed, as well as to important city events. The location was also very convenient for restaurants and walking around the city, which made my stay especially comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the quality of the room. For example, there was no handle in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. It would also be great to have a microwave in the room, especially since there is no breakfast available at the hotel.

Another issue was that the area was very crowded. Since the hotel is located in a building where various events take place and right next to a shopping center, there are always a lot of people around. Because of that, I didn’t always feel very safe.
