Room smells like insect spray and water is cold in the 6F.

Location is good

I booked for a studio suite but was given a regular room. I asked the front desk if its the correct room and was told that expedia send them that I booked for a regular room. I showed the e-mail from expedia stating that I paid for a studio suite. I was transferred to a regular suite instead. The room seems old and smaller than a studio suite. I think I didn't get my money's worth. The toilet/bathroom is not clean. Shower curtain is not clean and stained with im not sure of. The room smells like smoke. The people from front desk is aproachable and kind which is the only good thing happened.

Property location almost accessible to everything but it is so dirty. So dusty, smelly, lots of gnats and they bite. Bathroom got flooded and mice came out from the drainage! We changed rooms but all all were the same. We saw insects crawlling and ROACHES running all over the place that we have to kill them so they won’t crawl on us. We’re not able to sleep so we changed hotel even if our three nights were already fully paid. Very disappointed!!! Will never come back to this hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED at all !!!

The only good thing about this place is the Location. It is very convenient to get to all the green belt locations right across from gate 1. I didn't like the hotel condition as everything was very old and dirty. The worst was there were so many Cockroaches everywhere, even woke up with one crawling on me, for this reason I didn't get good sleep and will not be returning.

I like the location and accessibility which is very important . The room is big enough but a bit tired needs upgrading .

They let me check in a little early and upgraded my room. I like it here, close to lots of things in Makati.

Overall, it was a great deal for the price we payed for our room. Aside from little bugs found in the shower, we got what we paid for and was happy with it.

We had issues with the WiFi, as we were not given the password upon arrival (and assumed it was the number in the keys), and it seems like we are also unable to cast to the TV although it seems like the TV is castable to.

Management and staff were brilliant, allways confident, happy andwilling to help. Fantastic!!

Great beds and very quiet rooms. Clean with refrigerator and dining table. Great location! No parking and no suggestions about where to park.

LPL is across the road from Greenbelt Park in Makati, idealy located whether you are in Makati for business or pleasure. This is an older property, now managed by Reddoorz from Indonesia. The rooms are a bit dated, but were larger than average and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful.

False advertising! They claim that they have a safety deposit box but there’s nothing. The door can be opened by a plastic card. Toilet is dirty and supplies are none during check in. You can hear noises coming from other rooms.

Best price I could find offering space and beds for 4 in the priciest/safest/desirable section of makati. True money-saver!

I would to commend the staff from front desk, security desk and house keeping people most specially to James Dominguez the hotel supervisor who truly took care of me personally for all my last minute needs to get around during my stay. I would definitively come back and stay at the property again!

The place was very clean, comfortable and enjoyable to stay. It is located in the a street across Greenbelt and very close to shops and restaurants. Great location and close to the Airport.
The staffs were also very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful. The only negative thing we noticed that it was noisy upstairs or the rooftop and the tv and wifi signal was very weak and we have poor reception but apart from everything is okay. .

Det positive var beliggenheten! Ellers var det meste negativt. Svært lite stemte med beskrivelsen jeg fikk ved bestilling. Fantes ikke kjøleskap, vannkoker og safe. Ingen telefon på rommet. Ødelagt gulv som man lett kunne skade seg på. Nesten ikke rennende vann i springen. Svært støyende aircondition anlegg. Ikke daglig rengjøring som lovet. Bare besøkt for skifte av håndklær en gang på fire dager, på oppfordring. Heller ikke da rengjøring. Måtte rekvirere toalettpapir. Heis som var svært ustabil og ofte ikke gikk til min etasje.
