The room was very comfortable, the hotel is well located and within walking distance of Puebla's Historic Center. There are several breakfast options. Highly recommended.

Pueden tener más variedad en el Buffet de desayuno que incluye al reservar la habitación (nos hemos quedado en varias ocasiones y era mejor y más variedad ) y el Personal del buffet lo poco que atendía era de mala cara y casi no ofrecía café ni estaba al pendiente.
Excelente hospedaje la habitación muy cómoda, camas almohadas, toallas todo muy limpio y el personal súper atento a cualquier necesidad, me ayudaron a resolver muy rápido un asunto. Muchas gracias me volvería a quedar con uds

Me quise quedar ahí por céntrico y el gimnasio y resultó estar cerrado y ya te cobran.
Ahora el desayuno muy limitado y si pides algo hay cargos extras.

Great location, great price, good breakfast included. Staff was Friendly and helpful. The roof needs some work. We had a leak in our room after q heavy rain. Also the bathroom extractor wasn’t working.
Hotel limpio, moderno, bien ubicado, buen servicio, el desayuno bueno. El unico inconveniente fue el no poder estacionar mi auto yo mismo. Lo demas estuvo bien y muy comodo.
muy buena ubicacion y muy bonito hotel. pero la puerta del baño de la habitacion no cerraba y parece que el aire acondicionado necesita de mantenimiento por que no enfriaba correctamente
Comodidad, excelente servicio al cliente, muy amables nos guardaron el equipaje unas horas después del check out.
Únicamente considero, deben mejorar el sabor del desayuno, por muy básico q este sea.
