Residence Inn by Marriott Las Vegas Airport

Clean, comfortable suite. Decent breakfast. Glad you accept dogs but it would be nice to have a grassy relief area for them. $150 pet fee is far above the norm for similar properties.

My wife and I are Vegas locals in the process of moving and needed to stay at a hotel for a few nights. Booked a room here which is very nice, clean and quiet. The highlight of our experience though was the front desk agent Ciara. I called before we checked in with a question about the pool, and she helped us check in when we arrived. She was genuinely friendly and helpful from the moment she picked up the phone. People say Vegas has changed but it’s people like her that made it great. Whatever they’re paying her, it’s not enough. Fantastic stay, 10/10.

The hotels proximity to the airport and rental car return was terrific. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were absolutely top-notch. I’ve stayed inresidence Inn for long-term stays and I can easily say that this was the nicest one I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are impeccably cleaned, kitchen is fantastic with a full-size fridge and freezer, stove top, microwave, new, very clean flatware and pots and pans. The couch was comfortable and the little living room set up was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the layout was fantastic. Between the perfect room, great location, and phenomenal staff, I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel again. Awesome hotel!

We travel a lot, and staying Marriott Hotels has always been our top choice, no matter where we may be. We have stayed at this Residence Inn several times, on our way from Santa Barbara to Utah, and it has always been a very pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is great. We would like to give a special shout-out to Carlos, who seems to be *everywhere*, welcoming, serving and doing everything possible to make sure the hotel guests are having a great experience! We look forward to seeing him every time we come!

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, in the last several years, especially for the reasonable price. You can tell when ownership / management cares so much they demand great quality from each staff member. That is this hotel.

In particular, during the morning breakfast buffet, Carlos, the man in charge of the breakfast buffet talked to me several times to ensure everything was just right, and checked with me before he closed the buffet for the morning. Very thoughtful. And, everything was hot, fresh, and obsessively clean. This is one of my major complaints for most of the breakfast buffet's I've had to put up with this, this year. The staff in those other hotels obviously didn't care too much about customer experience. This hotel is different. Very well run. Excellent!

Only disappointment was that there wasn’t a shuttle to/from the airport. A Marriott by the airport that doesn’t offer shuttle service is unacceptable. We were told by reservation center that they had a shuttle.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was amazing! Carlos prepared a beautiful feast! The jalapeño cheese soufflé muffins were delicious! Carlos so was very professional and friendly.

Our family and really liked the spacious rooms. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great.
