The location is great- walking distance to many restaurants and the central marche, plus there is a Marjane right across the street for all your needs. The free breakfast is sufficient for a morning bite and the rooms have A/C.

Cons:

I saw a lot of people talking about the bathrooms and breakfast in the reviews. Honestly, for the price in Casablanca this is a great deal. I wouldn't expect more at this price point.

The only thing that was a little iffy to me was that I had to pull the door shut extra hard/ensure it clicked.
