Nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre et j’ai été choqué par l’état des lieux. Le sol était extrêmement sale, avec de la poussière et des saletés partout. La salle de bain était minuscule et dans un état d’hygiène déplorable, à peine utilisable. Je n’ai honnêtement jamais vu un hôtel dans un état pareil.

J’ai immédiatement demandé à changer de chambre… mais la deuxième était tout aussi sale. Il y avait des poils et des cheveux dans les draps et par terre. C’était tout simplement répugnant.

J’ai sérieusement envisagé de quitter l’hôtel sur-le-champ, mais comme nous ne restions que deux nuits, nous avons pris sur nous. Malgré cela, le séjour a été très difficile.

En plus de la saleté : aucune télécommande, les fenêtres ne se fermaient pas correctement, et la climatisation / le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas.

Et pour couronner le tout, à partir de la tombée de la nuit il y avait un bruit constant dans l’hôtel, toute la nuit. On aurait dit un chantier en plein milieu de l’établissement. Impossible de comprendre ce qu’il se passait et surtout impossible de dormir.

Honnêtement, c’est honteux de louer des chambres dans un tel état. À éviter absolument.

كان إزعاج بالليل من طرف بعض النزلاء وفي الصباح كذلك كانت عندهم إصلاحات مزعجة في الطابق العلوي.
الحمام ضيق جدا.
