What you see in photo is not what you get

I have been cheated twice by this property. First, the photos on Booking.com are a complete lie. They put me in a "hidden" extension room that is worse than a 1-star hostel. Second, there wasn't even a phone to call reception for help. I paid for a high-quality room and received a cheap, dirty box. Booking.com has ignored my complaints. Do not waste your money here—they take your payment and give you a room that has no relation to the value you paid.

Triste et court indépendamment de ma volonté.

Chambre 215 : Télévision non connectée
Climatiseur défectueux
Pas de Shampooing et Savon liquide dans les distributeurs installés dans la salle de bain.
Conclusion : Nous sommes arrivés vers 18 h et nous avons dû quitter l'hôtel vers 1 h du matin. C'est vraiment dommage. On a dû changer d'hébergement.Cordialement.
