Much to be improved
Pros:

Almost nobody in the restaurant speaks English
Restaurant staff not familiar witrh their own offers.
Room service can be improved.
Room maintenace can be improved (windows sealing, telephone not working).
Water pressure mediocre, once ran out of water while taking a shower.
Food is OK and tastets OK, though.
Friendly staff, but does not always deliver - room invoice that should have been delivered per mail was not.
Poor location.

En la reserva decia que el pago se hacía hasta el dia del ingreso sin embargo el cobro lo hicieron 3 dias antes

Buena relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

El hotel está en muy buenas condiciones, su equipamiento es muy bueno y cómodo.
El personal muy bien, se esfuerzan por ser atentos y eficaces.
La ubicación es buena si se tiene que ir a Silao, Guanajuato, e incluso León, da flexibilidad.
En general muy bien el hotel, recomendable.

Cons:

El desayuno me pareció limitado.
Tiempo atrás me pareció muy bueno el desayuno incluido, ya no tanto.
Creo que bajaron el estándar de alimentos en el desayuno.
