I discovered my dream hotel in Ecuador. The view is wonderful, the staff very accommodating. The hotel is very elegant and gives you a special feeling. There are activities for the guests.
The path to the hotel could be a bit improved. But with a big car there is no problem to arrive there.
la cama muy confortable
un desayuno básico, sin embutidos, un tigrillo que se sentía crudo, no estuvo bueno. Salvo el pan, estuvo muy rico. El área húmeda podrían mejorarla. Piscina más caliente, los paneles solares no son suficientes. El jacuzzi sin agua. Y los precios de los masajes demasiado caros.
El lugar hermoso, vista espectacular y spa excelente
Las zonas comunes se ven algo deterioradas por falta de mantenimiento, los precios de la página web no están actualizados y te dan la sorpresa de precios más altos en el lugar y las habitaciones deben tener colgadores de toallas en el baño, otro basurero y mejor ventilación.

Un excelente desayuno, trato muy agradable del personal, y muy buenas instalaciones. La piscina y áreas húmedas son buenas, solo sugeriría mejorar sistema de calentamiento de la piscina.

Que el desayuno de los niños no venía incluido y había que pagar aparte.
La piscina se suponía que estaba abierta hasta las 9 de la noche pero cuando oscureció nunca nos encendieron las luces.
Luces que no funcionaban en los pasillos
El bungalow Yeni las cortinas negras, el piso y las ventas sucias.
