Hermoso, pero con unos detalles.
Pros:

Era un lugar muy bonito, la vista era hermosa, el cuarto era cómodo, silencioso, limpio. Era bueno para descansar porque no había ruidos, luces, olores o estímulos desagradables. La tina del baño tenía agua caliente. La chimenea muy bonita. La ducha era amplia. Los empleados eran amables.

Cons:

Aunque los empleados eran amables, había muchos momentos en los que la recepción estaba vacía y no había nadie quien pueda ayudarnos. En la noche quisimos pedir cobijas extra y no había nadie para poder pedirlas aunque llamamos por el teléfono y fuimos a recepción varias veces. El tigrillo del desayuno sabía demasiado fuerte a ajo, pero era muy completo. Aunque es un lugar muy bonito para descansar, debes estar seguro de tener todo lo necesario porque esta demasiado lejos de otavalo. Nosotros olvidamos un medicamento y tuvimos que viajar 30 minutos de ida y 30 de vuelta en la noche para comprarlo. Fue muy agotador aunque estuvimos ahí para descansar. Sería lindo que tengan marshmallows para la chimenea.

Dream view hotel
Pros:

I discovered my dream hotel in Ecuador. The view is wonderful, the staff very accommodating. The hotel is very elegant and gives you a special feeling. There are activities for the guests.

Cons:

The path to the hotel could be a bit improved. But with a big car there is no problem to arrive there.

Cons:

un desayuno básico, sin embutidos, un tigrillo que se sentía crudo, no estuvo bueno. Salvo el pan, estuvo muy rico. El área húmeda podrían mejorarla. Piscina más caliente, los paneles solares no son suficientes. El jacuzzi sin agua. Y los precios de los masajes demasiado caros.

El lugar hermoso, vista espectacular y spa excelente

Cons:

Las zonas comunes se ven algo deterioradas por falta de mantenimiento, los precios de la página web no están actualizados y te dan la sorpresa de precios más altos en el lugar y las habitaciones deben tener colgadores de toallas en el baño, otro basurero y mejor ventilación.

Pros:

Un excelente desayuno, trato muy agradable del personal, y muy buenas instalaciones. La piscina y áreas húmedas son buenas, solo sugeriría mejorar sistema de calentamiento de la piscina.
