Pros:

The property is next to a 7-11, makes it convenient to grab snacks or drinks. It is also a short drive to the Aeon Mall Rycom, or taxi ride. My taxi fare from Rycom to Hotel New Century was only 900 yen. Only issue was for my son, he is tall and the bed was a bit short for him and bathroom ceiling was a little too low for him. Great little hotel and lovely staff.

Property does not have enough parking for guests, there was mold very clearly in/around the bathroom. For the price not happy with it- but for a cheap hotel it does the job, bed was comfy enough- but the pillows were nearly nonexistent.

ちょっと趣を感じるホテルですが、
ウォーターサーバーや大きなグラス
ピッチャー、電子レンジ等が
フロア(5階)にあるので便利でした。
広めの部屋は設備は古めですが
綺麗にされており
お風呂のお湯もすぐ熱いのが出るし
防音も程よくなされているので
子どもと一緒の連泊も快適でした。
駐車場も無料で利用できました。

子ども連れ旅行にオススメです。
次回もお世話になりたいです。

他の方の口コミにある通り、施設は古さが目立つところはありますが、綺麗に清掃されていたので快適に過ごすことができました。
コザの中心部からも大通りで歩いていけるので、そこまで治安も気になりません。
一つだけ気になる点は、備え付けのドライヤーの風量が弱くなかなか乾かなかったので、気になる方は持参をお勧めします。

こちらのホテルは、数年前にも中学生だった娘と2人で宿泊させて頂いています。娘は、ホテルのベッドの寝心地の良さをずっと憶えていました〜。今回は、夫も含めて3人でお世話になりました。ベッド３台のお部屋が、とても有り難かったです！ぐっすり眠らせて貰えました！室内も清潔です。朝食も、私達家族は、とても加減が合っていて、 とてもホッとする内容で良かったです♪
スタッフの方々も、皆さんとても素敵な笑顔で親切です。居心地の良いホテルでした。
