Are always a problem. We had to ask for bath mats and there were no hand towels. The aircon was too big for a small
Room and the shower door was ridiculously too small. One has to squeeze a whole body in to shower. I bet most big sized people would not be able to fit. The lifts are very dirty and needs thorough cleaning

There's no on site parking and the pool is always packed with the local kids and lot's of noice, avoid the rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors due to the noice from. the pool and traffic.

I think the shower doors are too small for our pacific people who mostly (if not all) afford the standard rooms.
But all in all place and people are lively

Staff were very friendly and attentive everytime, however the property is quite old but somewhat clean. There were lots of noise especially at night from people using the pool. Overall the place is affordable and would return because of the friendly staff.

Staff were friendly, Mala was very helpful and has welcoming spirit that guests feel at home. We were moved to a deluxe by a lovely staff and she was so efficient and professional.

Had no water when we woke up in the morning. Couldn't shower, brush our teeth, or use the toilet. Had to checkout early. Need a refund.

As soon as we entered our room .we saw rubbish outside our room and as we entered inside mosquitoes were in the room we had to move to another room.that was not a good experience for me.

Everything is old, dirty and mostly broken. Proper maintenance, cleaning and painting is needed. Its not a good place to stay.
