地の利を活かしたコスパ滞在
Pros:

覚悟していた割には部屋が狭く無かったので、料金のお得感が有りました。

Cons:

部屋の中の段差が気になりました。

他のホテルにすれば良かった
Pros:

仙台駅から近い点。逆にそれだけ

Cons:

空調機能はあったが、L(低い)、M(中)、H(高い)の調整しか出来ないのが意味が分からなかった。冷房機能が無く密閉された室内が直ぐに暑くなるので、夜は寝付けなかった。意味があるか分からないが、空気清浄機を強に設定して空気循環だけで寝過ごした。4月中旬でこの寝苦しさなので、夏場は更に地獄になるんだろうなと感じた。カードキーを抜くと電気機能がオフになるのは当然承知だが、少し外出して帰って来ただけで、室内がものすごく暑くなるのは、そもそもの部屋の構造性がよろしくないのでは？
更に部屋の壁が薄く、隣の部屋の人のいびきが普通に聞こえたこともあり、プライバシーも守られない構造の部屋なんだろうなと思った。
また、照明機能に調節がなくスイッチのオンオフだけだったため、全灯の状態でも部屋が薄暗かった。
また、ベッドから離れたテレビ側にしかコンセントがなく、ベッド周辺(主に頭頂部の棚部分)でスマホを充電することができなかった点も細かいがマイナスだ。枕元にコンセントはおろか、USB端子すら無いホテルは初めて経験した。
さらに、湯船にお湯を溜めるために温水のレバーを調節するのだが、温冷の切り替わりがピーキーすぎて調節が難しすぎた。普通ダイヤル式で、温度が分かる(赤色の目印で温水、青色の目印で冷水)もしくは、温水用のダイヤルと冷水用のダイヤルをそれぞれ回して調節する一本家庭や賃貸でさえ備え付けられている設備にすべきでは？
他にも、トイレのウォシュレットスイッチの場所が悪かったり、空気清浄機がビカビカに光ってうざかったり、通路点灯用のスイッチのオンオフがおかしかったり、挙げたらキリが無いほどマイナスポイントが多かった。
一泊一万円強の価値は確実に無い。5000円でもギリギリ高いレベル。

Only the location, right out of the hotel has many shops and busy street

Cons:

One of the worst hotels i have booked from booking.com. Facilities are old, aircond not working (we have to open windows to sleep. Noises from the street wake us up on and off). The lift to ground floor is not obvious. Reception is at 2nd floor, and no lift sign is put up for the guests. We have to carry our heavy luggage up. The room is dark and floor is dark carpet that feels dirty

込み合う時期に早めに予約、安く済んでよかった。
Pros:

スタッフが出てきて対応してくれた。
設備が古いわりにお湯の出がよかった。
かみそりの切れ味がちょうどいい。

Cons:

コンセントが枕元になく、呼吸器用の電源はテーブルの中央までぎりぎりだった。
トイレからの段差があり、慣れるまで危険。
空調機のコードをまとめるのはやめてほしい。不便。
