Highly recommend booking! Compared to other places this one was super spacious!
Pros:

It exceeded my expectations! It was spacious! It felt like an apartment with full size kitchen fridge washer dryer. Highly recommend!

Go in the summer so you don't need blankets
Pros:

Area was big and clean with many daily items provided that many other hotels don't include like laundry/detergent.

Cons:

The blankets are not even as long as the bed, so if you are tall it's a bit awkward to sleep under the blankets.

Comfortable stay in nostalgic apartment
Pros:

We liked the Japanese style apartment as well. The futon and pillow were comfortable, we slept like babies. Everything else was great just like for the Cafe style apartment. Location is convenient, staff is nice and friendly, appliances good and well functioning, everything spotlessly clean. We would definitely come back to these apartments if we had the chance.

Felt like home
Pros:

We enjoyed staying at this property so much. It was like living in a real Japanese house. All the essentials were provided, the house has everything you need, the washing/drying machine was especially convenient. All the other appliances were also functional and useful. Beds and pillows were comfortable, cleanliness and order always perfect.
The neighbourhood is not touristy at all, which was a huge plus for us, yet it has lots of shops and restaurants, conbinis, grocery shops, the train station is also close by.
A big shout-out goes to Wallaby house staff, who were always very kind and helpful to us, they would go over and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests, they are very nice people who made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you!

Comfortable place to stay, friendly staff!

A great and enjoyable trip with my mom. We enjoyed cooking in the apartment and with the dishwasher after cooking👍😉.
Pros:

Great location, convenient to walk to the nearest train station.
Facilities are sufficient for use.
Quiet environment.
The green tea is good I'm taste.
Very Clean.

Cons:

Everything is great.
Just a little miner things...
Would be nice if there is a light at the entrance (inside the apartment), and provide a mitten or clip, for taking the plate out of the oven after cooking.😅
Didn't know why the TV turned on at 6:30am automatically once during our stay. 😅

Nice stay
Pros:

Room is very large compared to others in Japan. Everything looked very clean. Especially in the kitchen. It's close to Warabi station and has supermarkets and convinient stores nearby.

Cons:

An electric kettle would have been great.
