Cons:

No swimming pool, but if you ask, staff will direct you to the next door hotel which has an excellent pool for a small admissions fee

A nice hotel in a very good location.
Pros:

The desk staff were extremely helpful and nice. They organized a driver for us to visit many sites, and he was great. They recommended a restaurant which we enjoyed. Our room was fine, a bit small but serviceable.

Cons:

The water in the shower seemed variable. The breakfast was good, not great.

Charming Hotel in the Centre of Nan
Pros:

This is a charming old hotel full of character but with modern facilities. Everything you needed was provided for. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful. There is parking outside. I had a room at the back and it was quiet. The hotel is very central and within easy walking distance of everywhere.

Cons:

My bed mattress was located on top of a wooden platform. It might be easy to fall if you had to get up in the dark in the middle of the night.

A delightful stay!
Pros:

The staff at this property were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to assist with travel plans. The is an attractive wooden Lanna-style building decorated with beautiful local textiles. Although the room itself was not large, there was a pleasant open-air lounge area on the same floor. The breakfast was extensive, with both Asian and Western choices, and freshly brewed coffee.

Ideal hotel for visiting Nan and its iconic temples.
Pros:

Beautiful small hotel, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Individualised service. Beautiful traditional building with many traditional textiles on show.

Cons:

Front rooms get a bit of traffic noise, but quietened overnight. Plus side to this is there's quite a lot to experience from the balcony, especially early mornings when the monks are receiving offerings from market stall holders.

Charming, comfortable, and great location
Pros:

The facilities were charming and picturesque. The staff was smiling and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was cleaned promptly every morning. The location of the hotel could not have been better. It is right across from the night market and just a short walk to the weekend walking street. We strongly recommend this hotel!

Pros:

This was our favorite hotel stay in Thailand. The staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas in the hotel are beautiful and comfortable - historical wood that is in excellent shape. The breakfast is generous and delicious. We loved having the markets within short walking distance. The loaner bikes are great. We took them all over town.

Excellent hotel. Worth your visit.
Pros:

It was an authentic small hotel which represented the spirit of Nan city brilliantly. Staff were all extremely friendly, flawless check in/out. In room greeting card with some Thai desserts was a neat touch.
The interior was very charming including their cosy library with so many vintage Thai novels. Breakfast was very good with assortment of Thai and western selections. Parking was also available either up front or behind the back area.

Bathroom was small and hard to move around
