Surpris par le cadeau d'accueil disposé sur le lit, nous avons vite compris...c'était des bouchons anti bruit !!
L'hôtel est bruyant et l'environnement encore plus.
Et pour le petit déjeuner prévoyez qu'on vous demande d'attendre ; la salle est trop petite.

Emplacement idéal, à l'entrée de la jetée Thiers = embarcadère pour les balades en mer / tous les resto du bord de mer au pied de l'hôtel / animations musicales certains soirs d'été /coeur de la zone commerçante / 5mn à pied de la gare ....
Personnel de l'hôtel très chaleureux et accueillant, établissement ancien par son histoire mais au top des équipements et du confort d'aujourd'hui. Petit déjeuner fabuleux : vaste choix de cakes, viennoiseries, fruits de saison, sucré -salé.
La vue mer permet d'apercevoir les "cabanes tchanquees " tout en savourant son Nespresso, et en s'emerveillant du coucher de soleil. .... Que dire de plus ? Ce n'est pas pour rien que j'y suis allée 4 fois !

Cons:

Les clients qui profitent de leur balcon à 2H du mat' , et bavardent et plaisantent et rient...... au mépris des voisins. Mais ça, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel.

Frühstuck war gut. Zur Lage muss man wissen, dass Abends oft auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel Attraktionen stattfinden. Uns hat dies nicht gestört. Lage ist perfekt, Schiffstation und der Bahnhof sind sehr nah.

Cons:

Zimmeraustattung: keinen Platz für Kleider, nur ein kleiner Schrank.

Pros:

First class quality in food and service.
The service from reception and across the hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and a lot of hotels could learn from them.
Room was spacious - although the ear plugs concerned me at one point. However, we did not stay in prime season so this was not needed.
Wonderful location and one I would almost want to revisit.

Cons:

Parking a little challenging and costly to do off site. Maybe some sort of partnership with a car park could be offered.

Hôtel bien placé et déjeuner très bon, mais le reste laisse à désirer et le personnel est très froid et pas agréable.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, le personnel qui sert le petit déjeuner est très gentil.

Cons:

Les hôtes d’accueil sont en majorité froid et sauf quelques exceptions. Le lit n’est pas confortable, le ménage est bien fait, sauf sur les rideaux et rideaux de douche. L’odeur de parfum dans la chambre était très forte comme s’il y avait quelque chose à masquer.
