Bon séjour à Arcachon.
Pros:

j'ai apprécié le petit déjeuner copieux. Le personnel très accueillant et aimable que se soit la réception, les femmes de chambre et un plus pour le jeune homme qui nous servait les petits déjeuners. Bonne situation géographique.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre twin et les matelas n'étaient pas confortables. Il y avait un creux. C'était désagréable.

Ruido exterior al ser una zona de playa con muchos bares / restaurantes. A partir de las 6 de la mañana se oyen los camiones de basura, limpieza, reparto... A notar: Se aprecia los tapones para dormir gratis presentes en la habitación

Perfect location with parking right in the centre. Excellent staff.
Pros:

Very friendly staff and it’s in a perfect location, right next to the jetty for the ferry to Cap Ferret and the perfect seafood lunch at the other side, plus right by the main shopping streets and the market.

Cons:

There is a stage by the jetty and sometimes there are shows. Last time we watched , this time there was none, but the hotel provides earplugs automatically fir anyone going to bed early. If you think that would be a problem for you, book a room at the other side of the hotel or overlooking the sea. Parking is available on a first come first served basis. Good breakfast

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait : une chambre très agréable, propre et confortable, une literie de qualité et un environnement calme, idéal pour bien se reposer.

L’accueil a été chaleureux et le personnel très sympathique et attentionné. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité des prestations et le soin apporté aux détails.

Une très belle expérience, que nous renouvellerons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !
