The restaurant people made me so bad,we booked 2 rooms with breakfast so we have small.kids my husband had his breakfast n bring bf for them after that I'll go for bf n ask them idli, omelette n dosa send to room then he started discussion about the food,which room u r from already one person came n eat you're saying 2 rooms,infront of me he's not even make me eat n make a call to reception n he's asking about my stay it's felt me so guilty,before 10.30 whatever I asked they should serve but idli they serve me left over one and puri curry I asked they simply said it's over n Kitch was closed,I'm eating nothing..per stay 2 bf complimentary but they're talking all rubbish such a irrespective persons they don't know how to communicate with the customers..actually we're accord person in Novotel with some schedule changes I wrongly checkout our stay that's a big mistake..wrongly I have no option at that tim n hurrily we have booked this hotel,very cheap behaviour even though I left the restaurant without eating anything not even one person came to me to apologise or they didn't even send me the bf also that make me soo disrespectful
First of all if you are willing to stay in the hotel then immedieatly drop this hotel from your list. I stayed on 10.06.2026 during checkout hotel request that invoice will be shared in 2-3 as the servers are located in delhi caught fire.
Today after waiting for almost 16 days and a regrious followup i havent received invoice for my stay. I am tired off by sending messages to the hotel staff.
Its senicere request dont choose this hotel.
Further i being an advocate will take a very strong legal action against this hotel at earliest.

The staff of hotel makes fake promises. They will say that give us 5 star rating. With this type of service this hotel wont get even 1 star.
