Amazing service experience from this hotel. Staffs are awesome and very soft spoken be it at restaurant or at reception desk. The location is good is recommended for 1 or 2 night stay.

Really good stay, the staff were really professional and polite (especially Mr. Bhaskar), rooms are well maintained, and best of all, the food is absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommended!

The front desk staff were extremely supportive—special mention to Mr. Ramesh, who was truly outstanding. The food was good, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Visakhapatnam.

At top floor suite is just have amazing city & port view. Good rich interior. Food is as always very good and restaurant staff is always very welcomeing. They take best care.

Since booking till exit, Mr Ramesh is very helpful & humble. Genral Manger Mr Saroj Mishra and their whole team are good in customer care.

The location of the hotel is at the heart of the city and the atmosphere is quite good as you can see the city from the top. The rooms are clean and cozy and the service is also great.

Excellent stay and well trained staff

We had visited this beautiful property recently for a vacation and was amazed with the hospitality provided by the hotel staff.
Staff was humble and polite, rooms were nice and spacious, Food was delicious.
I recommend this hotel for a good experience if you are in the city.

Location

This was my second time visit to this hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant, which made it easy to unwind. I especially appreciated the quality of service, as the staff were always ready to help with a smile. The food was also enjoyable, offering a good variety and taste. Especially Mr. Ramesh was great—his hospitality and helpful nature really stood out. He ensured that everything was perfect during my stay and was always available with a warm and professional attitude.

The buffet breakfast is okay though it could include more western dishes

I have stayed in this hotel on 31st March, 1st April and 11th April, 2026. This is the first time stayed in keys hotel. I surprised to note that when we entered on restaurent, one person named Apparao has recieved us with friendly approach and he rendered very good service. His approach was very loyal and disciplined for which we impressed. We felt very happy homely atmosphere. The remaining staff also good but they doing their duty only. But this Apparao is very different. He is maintaining cordial approach whicvh is required to customer. He deserves for every appreciation.
Because of that only we stayed in the hotel 3 times.
