Unpleasant this around
Pros:

The buffet breakfast is okay though it could include more western dishes

Cons:

It was my second stay and this time around we were not helped timely and with a smile. The man at the front kept inquiring about our documents and kept helping other people who came after us. We did not even get WIFI. But was beautiful to see Ramesh after we were helped terribly! He gave us hope really and things got better after he came to the front desk!!!

Pleasant stay at keys select hotel
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for a week during march. The rooms were compact, tidy and clean, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. I would like to appreciate the housekeeping staff member, Padma, who is very humble and ensured that my room was cleaned exactly at the time I requested. The restaurant staff were all extremely polite and attentive to my needs. I would like to thank Mr. Appa Rao, Shankar, and Pravalli from the dining team, for arranging dinner for me even during late hours, considering my work schedules
A special mention to Chef Rama Rao for his excellent skills in preparing delicious Chinese dishes.
I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Ramesh, the Front Desk Manager, for his support during my check-in and check-out process, which was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Keys Select Hotel. I would definitely prefer to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
I stayed in room number 1106 which was facing hill temple view, which I liked most.

Pros:

Excellent service by Mr. Shankar, Apparao, Sai and Chaitu. The way this people dedicated themselves and every single thing during meeting and stay is taken care by them. We have not faced any single trouble during meeting. Handling the crowd of 40 people is not easy task but this people really made it easy. Thanks for such excellent service guys really appreciable
