I was given room on the 12 floor. Water pressure in the bathroom shower is too low and fluctuating.
Reception promises to come back for queries like water and wifi, but they just forget until we call them again. It's unprofessional behaviour.
Deluxe room felt small for liking. Very limited space around bed for movement.

Rooms were very neet and cleaned thanks to the House keeping staffs for keeping my room cleaned always.
Coming to the restaurant the buffet breakfast spread was too good and I like the food aswell.
