Newly renovated hotel with large rooms and modern facilities. Restaurants and bars are great with many food and drink options. The hotel is located in the center of the city and has easy access to many transportation facilities. Recommended!

I stumbled on Hilton city hotel and decided to try it. My first impression was wowed by the Guest Eervices Manager John, he was extremely personable and went the extra mile to do check in and escorted me to the room. He also offered any assistance in case I need, this is excellent and I definitely recommend my colleagues and myself will return. Well done Hilton City Hotel and kudos to John!
Perfect service and location
全般的には満足しているが、夜中の隣の会話の声(声が大きすぎるが)が筒抜けであったのと､たまたま私のチェックイン担当がのろかった(私のチェックインの間に別のフロントスタッフは2人済ませていた)ぐらいで部屋の設備､快適さ、ジムや朝食レストランは文句なし。
A reliable and well appointed hotel. Some staff are more friendly and helpful than others. The area surrounding the hotel is not the best, although it is a short walk to Jingan which has a great temple and upmarket shopping.

My wife got sick the first night of our stay in the hotel. I asked a doctor to the front desk person. He told me that the hotel did not have that service, and even worse, he did not have the name and telephone of a doctor. However, he suggested that I take her to a hospital. He gave me name and address but did not mention that there is a special and private section of the Huashan Hospital for international patients. The public section for local people was crowded, with no English-spoken people, and slow attention would not be appropriate. It was necessary to hospitalize her in the international unit. The medical and hospital attention was very convenient. A HILTON hotel must always have convenient medical information to support guests in critical hours like this.
Everything was within expectation only the heater was too hot and we were unable to sleep well as the result
