Frigo de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas et qui malgré la chaleur n'a pas été réparé durant notre séjour, le ménage sous le lit qui n'était pas fait à notre arrivée

La mezza pensione è stata inutile perché la cena era davvero insufficiente sia a livello di varietà di piatti che di qualità. Mancavano completamente le informazioni riguardo al cibo proposto (e lo staff non sapeva rispondere alla domanda cosa ci fosse nei piatti) e in una settimana, nonostante le ripetute segnalazioni di esigenze alimentari e nonostante le rassicurazioni per la cena successiva l'esigenza non è mai stata presa seriamente in considerazione. Staff a volte poco professionale 3 poco attento e non risponde alle esigenze del cliente. Le informazioni non vengono fornite con chiarezza ed esauriente al check-in (ad esempio nessuno ci ha avvisati che le bevande erano a pagamento ed altre questioni). Pulizia a volte approssimativa e scarsa cura nel rifornire il cliente degli asciugamani di cui ha diritto.

The location is good, but an average hotel experience altogether.

Good location on the beach

Cons:

I didn’t like that the walls were very thin- you can hear everything from other guests, and I didn’t like the food- cold eggs in the morning, weird tasting sausages- it was very average. And I don’t like that we didn’t get our room cleaned every day. Also the shower head was annoying and broken. I also didn’t like that the photos show the pool area to look really amazing, but you’re sort of in a parking lot. OH and our room had the parking lot view!

Очень хочу вернуться сюда с детьми. Расположение - топ! Приветливый персонал, все чисто, с заботой. Классно спланированная территория. Вкусный ресторан. До пляжа рукой подать.

Cons:

Из минусов могу назвать только сильно воняющий хлоркой бассейн. Больше придраться не к чему.

Fantastic location and friendly staff, slight shame about the thin walls and yellow pool water
Pros:

Absolutely stunning location and proximity to the best beach we found on the island.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The walls in between the bedrooms are very thin. We had a family with a baby next to us and could hear everything. Thankfully we're pretty heavy sleepers so it didn't really affect us, but it was quite surprising.

The water in the swimming pool made our swimming costumes and skin go yellow. Thankfully it washed off our skin easily, but not the cossies - so wear dark colours and it's fine.

We had a great time and enjoyed the hospitality
Pros:

Very nice staff and very personal. Location remote but real beautiful. AC in the room (not working perfectly but still wonderful with the heat we had). Parking at hotel - always availability.

Cons:

Food overall ok, not great. Too many flies all over the breakfast buffet. I was happy we did not book half board.
Water in the pool colors everything green and smells heavily.

HORROR -wij komen nooit meer terug
Pros:

Het personeel (Niet de manager) was vriendelijk en voelde zich duidelijk heel vervelend door de situatie. Zij boden meermaals hun excuses aan.

Cons:

Wij hadden een HORROR-ERVARING in kamer 09 en 10, de standaard 2persoonskamer.
Wij logeerden eerst in kamer 9 (gelijkvloers achteraan straatkant) en dit was absoluut onverantwoord om hierin mensen tegen betaling te laten logeren. Na een klacht bij de receptie kregen we de kamer hier naast, nummer 10. Het personeel kwam zelfs geen check doen, wat al veel wil zeggen over hun weet van de toestand van de kamer. De nieuwe kamer was een gelijkaardige kamer maar met iets minder geluidsoverlast.
- bedden zouden wij zelfs gratis niet op logeren. Een frame zonder lattenbodem/losstaande poten. Wij konden ons niet normaal omdraaien. Wij rolden constant naar het midden en sliepen gewoon niet. De kussen zaten vol opgewolde stof vanbinnen waardoor ze echt niet hoed lagen. Wij hebben onze eigen badhanddoeken gebruikt om op te liggen.
- het beddengoed was vuil en er hingen haren in de lavabo en douche. Wij waren vies was alles.
- de kamer was super donker en extreem klein. De foto’s werden duidelijk met een breedhoeklens gemaakt. Wij werden naast het washok gezet waardoor wij enorme geluidsoverlast hadden.
- het ontbijt is oke maar zeker de prijs niet waard. De kaas en het vlees waren meteen aan het zweten. Niet smakelijk.
- het personeel was vriendelijk, op de manager na. Hij was ontzettend arrogant en weigerde ons enige compensatie te bieden. Daar bovenop nam hij onze klacht niet serieus en beweerde hij dat de bedden prima waren. Wij besloten om onze check-out te vervroegen omdat wij kwaad en doodongelukkig waren door deze situatie en een nieuw hotel te boeken om toch nog van onze vakantie te kunnen genieten. De manager weigerde enige compensatie of enig begrip te tonen en was ontzettend onverschillig.
Wij komen NOOIT meer terug!!

Bel emplacement, propreté à revoir!
Pros:

Hôtel à la hauteur d’un 3 étoiles, parfaite location, juste à côté de la plage, qui selon nous est l’une des meilleurs de Majorque.
Petit déjeuner varié et bon.
Aucun problème pour se garer, il y a 3 parking dans l’hôtel.

Cons:

Le nettoyage est à revoir d’urgence. Après 5 nuits, nous avons pu constater de nombreux problèmes : salle de bain sale à notre arrivée (avec du sang séché sur la porte et le sèche-cheveux), baignoire toujours sale après le ménage, dessous du lit très poussiéreux, draps tachés, sol mal nettoyé et lit encore rempli de sable malgré le nettoyage quotidien. La propreté est clairement le principal point à améliorer pour devenir un jour, un hôtel 4 étoiles.
