Limpeza e tamanho do apartamento.
Barulho de bomba d’agua ou coisa parecida. Pelo menos no primeiro andar, no apartamento que me hospedei, incomodou bastante.
Tudo muito bom, desde a atenção da equipe, o café da manhã, até a área externa e academia... recomendo demais!

Ótimo café da manhãe quarto espaçoso.
Faltando manutenções no banheiro e pia com torneira muito curta fica molhando todo o tampo.
Suítes confortáveis, bom serviço de porções e bar da piscina, ótima recreação para crianças.
Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e cordiais; a piscina climatizada é possível de ser utilizada mesmo em dias frios; tudo muito novo e a jardinagem é bem cuidada.
Eles são muito burocráticos: é placa de "proibido" pra todo lado, o responsável tem que assinar Termo para pegar raquete de tênis de mesa e há muito tempo eu não via a Recepção chamando camareira para conferir o que eu falei que consumi no checkout.
As refeições (café da manhã e jantar) são bem feitas, mas com poucas opções.
As instalações do apartamento não são boas: torneira da pia é de tamanho inapropriado e não se consegue lavar as mãos direito; a água do chuveiro não tem pressão; o ar condicionado é barulhento.
