Pros:

Gostei do hotel num modo geral, bem cuidado, limpo e calmo. Embora não tenha utilizado, as áreas das piscinas são ótimas, e achei bem arborizado.
Bem localizado e com funcionários muito educados.

Cons:

Faltou uma luz perto do espelho de corpo inteiro.

Funcionarios atenciosos, quartos bons mas a cama muito alta para idoso de baixa estatura. O banheiro adaptado tem uma boa estrutura para quem tem mobilidade reduzida mas, o quarto é normal, nao tem barra de seguranca . Ou seja, nao é adaptado

Cons:

Área de lazer com pouca árvore. Uma piscina muito perto da outra. Pouco espaço para tomar sol. Piscinas pequenas, rasas e sujas, logo pela manhã. Horrível essa área de lazer. Nao duvido q vcs estragaram área livre e gramada para fazer os aptos terreos.

Cons:

No almoço, não tem nada exibindo o preço por valor por pessoa. Quando fui fazer o checkout fui avisado dos valores. Sendo 80 reais por pessoa. Acho que poderiam informar ou ter um aviso dos valores. Sem contar que no quarto que eu fiquei o barulho do ar-condicionado era muito alto. Acho que podem melhorar nesses quesitos
