Minha experiência foi bastante decepcionante. No check-in fui informada sobre uma taxa para meu cachorro. Ao assinar o termo de responsabilidade, verifiquei que o documento informava uma taxa de R$ 70,00, enquanto estavam me cobrando R$ 120,00. Ao apenas questionar essa divergência, o atendimento da recepcionista tornou-se ríspido. A supervisora reduziu o valor para R$ 100,00, porém determinou, na minha frente, que eu fosse acomodada no andar de baixo. O quarto recebido tinha a vista totalmente voltada para um telhado, o que me deixou com a impressão de que fui tratada de forma diferente simplesmente por ter questionado uma cobrança. Não me incomodou a existência da taxa, mas sim a falta de transparência e a forma como fui tratada. Infelizmente, a experiência deixou muito a desejar, não sei se volto.
