An excellent place to stay to cut-off from our busy world for a few days. I'll come back.
Pros:

Very friendly and arranging staff.
Nice and clean in every corner. Congratulations to the team!
Spacious room, with plenty of pillows (different shapes and hardness), correct mattresses and a mini fridge
Excellent breakfast.
Multiple parking possibilities.
Nice an clean Spa, with a pool that is really at the right temperature (for kids and adults), a great sunbathing terrace overlooking great view to the vineyards.
I can really consider coming back.
It is easy to visit the surroundings: from the castles, cascades, animal parcs, wineries...

Cons:

The only "negative" point: Despite the fact that room are all non-smoking, we had cold smoke smell in our bathroom every evening. It was mentioned to the reception, they came up to notice and confirm, and they promised to investigate (We won't be there to confirm).

My personal investigations are pointing to the opening pushing fresh air in the shower part (at the level of the taps): I put a wet towel in front of it (see picture), and the smell slowly got evacuated by the upper opening "sucking humidity". The fresh air was then coming from the room (this prevented bringing bad smell in the sleeping area). After 20min, like this the bathroom was again accessible to non smokers.
Hypothesis: smoke from another bathroom where a guest was smoking (despite a clear NO from the hotel), or the air pushed in this shower is coming from an opening outside the building that is close to a place where people (guests or staff) can smoke.
I will never know the final point, but I hope it can help others, and mainly the Hotel to to fix the issue as this is the only Minus I would give them.

L'hôtel est décoré dans un style typiquement alsacien. Le personnel est professionnel et chaleureux. Les chambres et l'espace wellness sont très propres. A conseiller pour une immersion alsacienne.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption, es wurde sogar ein Bett für den Hund bereitgestellt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig und die Aussicht war toll!

Der Wellnessbereich ist schön und die Aussicht auch von dort aus wunderbar!

Das Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück musste man andauernd nachfragen, da Dinge wie Wasser gar nicht vorhanden waren, andere (Orangensaft, Eier etc.) wurden zu spät nachgelegt. Der Herr beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich, aber eine Dame wirkte eher unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Der Kaffee war fad und geschmacklos.

Beim Abendessen wurde das Essen (obwohl wir mit den Kindern dort waren) erst nach über einer Stunde serviert. Gäste, die später gekommen waren, hatten das Essen aber schon. Das war extrem enttäuschend und wir haben die anderen Tage woanders gegessen. Schade.

Dass die Kinder nur bis 17:00 schwimmen dürfen, ist mehr als ungünstig. Um diese Uhrzeit kommt man gerade von Ausflügen zurück und würde gerne schwimmen gehen.

Très bien
Pros:

Hôtel très confortable, grande chambre avec balcon orientée vers les vignes. L’espace bien être est très agréable, bassin , sauna , hamam . Nous avons passé un we de Pâques excellent.

Cons:

Il faudrait juste un peu plus de documentation touristique .
