Pros:

La chambre agréable assez spacieuse avec balcon et vue belle vue.

Cons:

L'accueil était assez froid. De plus nous n'avons pas pu manger au restaurant de l'hôtel. Apparemment complet, mais en passant devant le restaurant des tables étaient libres.
J'ai eu l'impression qu'ils n'apprécient pas trop les réservations via booking.
J'ai pas apprécié les verres dans la salle de bain qui avaient des dépôts blanchâtre comme des anciens depots de dentifrice.

Un vrai bonheur cet hôtel
Pros:

L’accueil était fantastique! Le lieu, un havre de paix. Nous reviendrons! L’hôtel Arnold a des superbes prestations, la vue est imprenable sur les plaines d’Alsace., magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel idéal pour les familles, mais aussi pour le couple .
Les alsaciens sont vraiment des gens d’une Grande humanité .

Le jeune serveur avec les cheveux bouclé extra ordinaire du très haut vol 10/10.

Superbe établissement, nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits. L'hotel se situe dans un tres beau village sur la route des vins. La piscine /spa est tres agréable. Personnel tres accueillant, le petit déjeuner est de tres bonne qualité et le restaurant au top

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!
Pros:

Location incantevole e struttura caratteristica, perfettamente in stile alsaziano, con ambienti curati e molto puliti. La piccola SPA è perfetta per concedersi un po’ di relax dopo una giornata in bicicletta lungo la ciclabile del Vino.
Ottima anche la colazione, con un’ampia scelta di prodotti di qualità e un buffet davvero abbondante. Una menzione speciale al ragazzo che ci ha servito: gentilissimo e sempre sorridente :)
Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’atmosfera autentica.

Cons:

La nostra stanza non aveva una vista sul paesaggio circostante.
