また、大きい施設ではないのでプールも静かで使いやすいと思います。

L'absence de bruit alors que l'hôtel est situé dans une rue et un quartier très bruyants.
La piscine malgré l'insuffisance de chaises longues

La chambre sans possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Nous étions comme dans un bocal avec la certitude d'avoir été déclassé et en plus dans la partie la plus moche de l'hôtel entourés de chambres qui manifestement sont occupées pour de très longues durées par des pensionnaires. On dirait des bâtiments d'habitations avec des tonnes de vêtements, objets divers, décoration de Noël qui traînent sur les balcons.

C'était probablement la seule chambre sans terrasse alors que toutes les autres ont 2 fauteuils extérieurs et une petite table. La notre : rien. Cela mériterait vraiment un remboursement.

Malgré 2 mails de rappel à 48 h et 24 h de notre arrivée pour confirmer la location d'un scooter pour 1 journée à tel prix et à telle heure, et malgré la confirmation du gérant, le scooter avait été oublié et le prix annoncé pour en obtenir un avec une heure de retard avait augmenté de 50% ! Aucun sérieux. Problème réglé après avoir dû insister et montrer les différents mails de confirmation mais le scooter emprunté était une vraie épave, dangereux dont les freins étaient défaillants en comparaison de tous ceux que l'on avait loués précédemment. On nous a clairement mis en danger.

shower drains could do with good clean with disinfectant.
The bathroom was smelly.

Maintance up keep with bathrooms and aircon was dusty.
No tea making facilities cup or kettle or fridge.

Gora Beach Inn has great potential thanks to its spot-on location and beautiful aesthetics. With a few maintenance fixes
Pros:

Our stay at Gora Beach Inn was a mix of great highlights and a few notable drawbacks. On the bright side, the property itself is clean, aesthetic, and totally Instagrammable, with comfortable, decent-sized rooms. The staff overall are kind, and the location is incredible. You're right in the middle of everything, surrounded by malls, restaurants, local warungs, bars, and surf shops, which makes getting around super easy.

Cons:

We did encounter a few frustrating issues during our visit. Our main disappointment was room allocation, as we booked expecting 3 pool-view rooms, but one of our rooms ended up tucked away at the far end with no view, feeling completely isolated. The receptionist handling our check-in wasn't very accommodating about it, either. The AC was somewhat old and noisy, though it still cooled the room, and the TV had poor reception. We also noticed sand-like debris beside our bed that looked like it might be from termites. To top it off, we even found a frog inside our room! Additionally, for remote workers, the Wi-Fi was quite challenging, so an internet upgrade with wider coverage across the property would make a world of difference.
