Une Masseria où le client ne se réduit pas à un numéro de chambre!
Pros:

Tout! De l’accueil chaleureux jusqu’à la qualité de la restauration. Il faut particulièrement noter la gentillesse du personnel, sa sollicitude et la présence permanente d’Alessandro , le propriétaire, qui veille au bien être de ses hôtes. C’est particulièrement touchant car on ressent un intérêt authentique de sa part, et c’est bien la première fois que nous voyions une telle implication.
Il faut aussi faire une mention spéciale pour Salvatore, toujours présent et toujours prêt à rendre service ( on se demande quand il dort). Nous retenons aussi le sourire et la gentillesse de Sarah, sans oublier de mentionner Luca, lui aussi toujours prêt à aider . Pour couronner cette ambiance délicieusement familiale, il faut mettre l’accent sur la qualité de la table. Maria , la chef , nous a régalé d’une cuisine authentique, respectueuse de la qualité des produits locaux et d’une grande subtilité gustative. Elle mérite largement une mention au Michelin !
Nous avons beaucoup voyagé et nous avons fréquenté de nombreux établissements. La Masseria Bagnara va garder une place particulière dans nos cœurs et nous espérons bien pouvoir y retourner avec tous nos enfants.

Beautiful stay in the Puglia countryside
Pros:

Had an amazing time, beautiful suite and a lovely pool. Incredibly quiet and relaxing which was exactly what we needed. Staff were lovely and incredibly kind and accommodating, would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Struttura meravigliosa immersa nella quiete. Ambiente di classe gestito magnificamente dal proprietario Alessandro Pagano, un padrone di casa a tutti gli effetti, sempre disponibile a fornire suggerimenti preziosi sulle bellezza che circondano la Masseria. Una menzione speciale per tutto lo staff ed in particolare per Salvatore che ci ha coccolati per tutto il soggiorno

Outstanding on All Levels!!
Mr Pagano greeted us numerous times a day and the staff at the front desk were always friendly and polite and helpful, guillia and Daniela thank you again for everything. The restaurant staff were attentive and a delight to interact with! Thanks Marco and Marco again for everything you did for us! Silvia in the kitchen in the morning and afternoon was just a fabulous cook and she made me 4 special dishes believe me I felt like a King. Salvatore did everything for us regardless of what we asked for he delivered. We were sad to leave believe me. To my new and dear amici, a heartfelt thanks and till the next time be well ❤️
