Lägenheten stank av cigarettrök som gjorde den omöjlig att vistas i. Gammalt, slitet och nedgånget.

Det enda som var bra med detta boende var läget. Inget annat.

Det var slitet, gammalt och nedgånget. Men det var inte det värsta. Lägenheten fullkomligt stank av cigarettrök som gjorde det nästan omöjligt att vistas i den. Värdinnan, som var väl medveten om problemet visade det sig försökte lösa det med lite doftspray och en ozonrenare. Det var för stora problem för att lösas med detta. Vi fick erbjudande om att avboka kostnadsfritt men vi kom rätt sent och behövde bara sova för att kunna fortsätta vår hemresa. Så fick jag svar att vi faktiskt boka för bara två timmar sedan och därför typ behövde acceptera röklukten. Men vi hade inte fått någon information om detta läge för att kunna ta ställning till om vi ville kunna boka något annat.
Detta blev vår dyraste och sämsta natt runt Garda.
Och ingen kompensation kunde erbjudas.
Under all kritik. Kommer aldrig återvända dit eller tipsa någon annan om att bo här.

Pros:

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Lage sehr gut zum Ort. Zum Gardasee nur über die Straße. Was sehr klasse war. Man hat eine Frage gestellt und hat innerhalb einer Minute eine Antwort und Hilfe erhalten. Wenn etwas fehlte, wurde es sofort gebracht.

Waren das zweite Mal dort und hatten dem Vermieter noch eine Chance gegeben, da wir das erste Mal auch schon schlechte
Pros:

Die Lage war grundsätzlich gut

Cons:

Keine Kaffeemaschine, nach beschwerte eine bekommen die aber defekt war. Gefrier/Kühlschrank war so vereist, das man die Tür nicht zubekommen hat. Konnten ihn 24 Stunden nicht nutzen.
Jede Nacht zwischen 2 und 3 Uhr werden die Müllcontainer vor dem Balkon geleert. Fenster ließen sich nicht komplett schließen.

Perfekte Lage mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist top. Direkt am See und in 5 Minuten ist man mitten in Bardolino.
Seeblick rund um die Uhr - Besser geht es nicht!

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche war ok. Sehr bedürftig. Alles einmal und kein Toaster z.b.
Das Gefrierfach war zugefroren.
Das Bad war gut - aber die Toilette müsste mal wieder ordentlich geputzt werden.

Great location, basic but spacious apartment.
Pros:

The property is in a great location and was very spacious. It’s also really fairly priced compared to other apartments in this block. The host was also really welcoming and provided helpful information in advance.

Cons:

Not the owners fault but the apartment overlooks a neighbouring hotel which had very loud entertainment on until 11pm. This made sitting on the balcony unenjoyable and difficult getting a toddler to sleep.
There was also no toaster despite the listing saying there is and a photo showing a toaster on the bench.
The apartment is basic and needs a little bit of TLC.

Es war ok
Pros:

Ist direkt am See , und mit der Mama getrennte Zimmer zu schlafen

Cons:

Es war nicht sauber , mussten noch putzen .. keine Teller und Tassen 😓 mussten es selber kaufen
