Pros:

Everything was clean, staff was very nice. Location is perfect. Breakfast is on terrace with beautiful view, and there is a lot of options for breakfast.

Cons:

The only thing that was bad is that there is no elevator and there were only two power outlets in the room.

Istanbul merita de fiecare data.
Pros:

Amplasarea este foarte buna, micul dejun indestulator. Vederea peste Bosfor de la terasa unde se serveste micul dejun este senzationala Raportul calitate-pret a fost unul cinstit.Baiatul de la receptie si-a dat toata silinta, foarte amabil desi nu vorbea engleza ne-am inteles.

Cons:

Personalul de la bucatarie/restaurant in schimb lasau de dorit, ursuzi, grabiti si fara consideratie fata de turisti. Curatenia, de asemenea, lasa de dorit. Facuta superficial.

Tocmai ce ne-am intors din vacanta cazati la Hotel Alp. Hotelul amplasat foarte bine, aproape de magazine si terase multe chiar,ai de unde alege,dar zona e scumpa.Cam asta a fost ce ne-a placut.

Cons:

Hotelul nu ofera ceea ce spune pe booking. Am avut camera la demisol,proasta alegere. Curatenia lasa de dorit, baia,cel putin dusul este plin de mucegai,curatenia se face zilnic adica doar este in trecere o doamna destul de in varsta si cam fara chef de viata,dar cred ca spala doar cu apa simpla dupa cate s-a vazut in cele 5 zile de sejur.Doamna care face curatenie doar se preface ca face. Lenjeria este deplorabila,foarte veche,chiar am avut o fata de perna rupta, salteaua este foarte murdara,daca ajungeti acolo verificati prima data salteaua,noi am omis asta abia in a 3 a zi mi-am dat seama ca ceva e in neregula cu ea.Lenjeria nu miroase a curat, doamna care le schimba(desi in 5 zile nu ni s-a schimbat niciodata lenjeria) este adunata intr-un sac atat de murdar parca este de la gunoi,de rafie .Telecomanda de la tv cat si cea de la aerul conditionat sunt foarte murdare,lipicioase.Camera a fost galagioasa tare. Micul dejun: aceelasi mezel sau mai bine spus parizer,cred ca cel mai ieftin de pe piata, se repeta zilnic,am avut la mic dejun legume taiate cu o zi inainte,nu recomand absolutdeloc acest hotel. A fost cea mai proasta alegere de cand mergem in vacante. La ora 12 trebuia sa eliberam camera,am inteles ca asta e politica dar nu ni s-a dat o varianta buna de a lasa bagajele,gen o camera supravegheata doar de receptie,sunt lasate practic pe holul de la partier nesupravegheate. O vacanta catastrofala,nici gratis nu as mai accesa acest hotel. Una este in descrierea lui pe booking si alta realitatea.

Pros:

Дуже сподобався готель! Чисті та затишні номери, привітний і уважний персонал, який завжди готовий допомогти. Смачні сніданки та чудове розташування — більшість визначних пам’яток у пішій доступності. Атмосфера спокійна й комфортна, тому відпочинок залишив лише приємні враження. Із задоволенням зупинилася б тут ще раз і рекомендую цей готель усім, хто планує подорож до Стамбула.

Pros:

За втора поредна година избираме хотел Alp, когато посещаваме Истанбул, и със сигурност бихме отседнали там отново.

Хотелът е на много удобно и практично място, което го прави отличен избор за престой. Персоналът е изключително любезен, усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне. Например, когато пожелахме да си организираме нощен круиз, те ни съдействат веднага и всичко беше уредено без никакви проблеми.

Закуската винаги е разнообразна и на високо ниво. Едно от любимите ни места е терасата, където по всяко време на денонощието можеш да седнеш, да изпиеш кафе или чай и да се насладиш на невероятната гледка към Босфора и морето.

Благодарим за чудесното отношение и приятния престой! До нови срещи!
