Hotel Balcón De La Cuesta

The place had a nice view of the mountains, the room was large, the location was in the middle of nowhere (kind of the point) but the hotel restaurant (one of four in the whole town) was closed 2/3 nights we were there. Also, the spa apparently “is only open on Saturdays”. We went in September and the weather was still warm so who knows if they open at all in the off season. Other than that the pool was nice and the staff was friendly enough. We just wish we could have planned better dining.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable, el hotel tiene unas vistas espectaculares a los Picos de Europa y unas instalaciones excelentes, bonita decoración. El alojamiento bastante cómodo y muy espacioso. El desayuno excelente y un personal muy amable y profesional.

A mejorar el tener soportes para abrir y dejar maletas, un toallero eléctrico iría muy bien para eliminar la humedad del baño y de las toallas, siempre teníamos la sensación de mojadas.

Falta señalización de la recepción del hotel y tampoco irían mal espejos para salir de los parking a la carretera, visibilidad muy deficiente

Wir haben den Aufenthalt der Hotel Anlage sehr genossen. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren alle äusserst zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war komfortabel. Der Pool war auf 28°C aufgewärmt und mit Magnesium versetzt. Grossartiges Erlebnis! Das Frühstückbuffet hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein rundum toller Aufenthalt.

Nos encantó el hotel. La suite es maravillosa, la calidad y el gusto on el que están decoradas llama la atención. El desayuno variado y completo. La vista espectacular. Muy buena atención del personal. Lo único a mejorar es la conexión wifi y la cobertura de red en general. Es mala. En cualquier caso, repetiríamos.

Beautiful location, staff very friendly and helpful. Great with kids. The restaurant was delicious!

Un hotel perfecto con unas vistas espectaculares

Suite muy cómoda para una familia de 5 miembros, algo insólito ya que la mayoría de los hoteles no están preparados para este número de personas. Muy buenas vistas. Desayuno fabuloso, muy variado y de gran calidad. Todo tipo de detalles. Piscina climatizada. Insonorizado. Para nosotros, uno de los mejores hoteles de España.

El entorno natural absolutamente incomparable, la calidad de sus instalaciones, la excelencia del desayuno, y la amabilidad de todo el personal.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Suite. Der Balkon bot eine großartige Aussicht. Das Außenschwimmbad war beheizt. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück; auf Wunsch auch mit Spiegelei. Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in den Picos de Europa gut geeignet.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Fantastische ligging met uitzicht op de bergen. Wij hadden een zeer ruime familiekamer met 4 bedden, eigenlijk een klein appartement. Alles was heel dik in orde. We konden op het balkon, met schitterend uitzicht op de bergen, genieten van een kwalitatief ontbijt! De receptie en ander personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Een heel dikke aanrader als je op doortocht bent.

The views from anywhere in the hotel were spectacular. The room and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it, as I would love to come again and enjoy a longer stay.

Overall excellent hotel. The reception staff were professional, helpful and friendly. We booked a Junioir Suite the furniture was all good quality, comfortable and tasteful. Nice touches included complimentary chocolates and an extensive range of toiletries. The towels and robes were again very gooid quality. The heated outdoor pool a delight. Breakfast was again excellent with a wide choice and good quailty food with attentive staff. Overall a very good experience.

Lovely boutique hotel , great views from room. Nice upmarket restaurant

This is a great little hotel just outside of LLanes & about an hour away from Santander. We used it as a stop over only, but would not have minded to stay a few days more. We had a suite - which had 2 bedrooms & a mini kitchen downstairs. Along with a great view of the mountains opposite. Outside looked lovely with a heated pool - though we did not have time to take advantage. The breakfast was great too - plenty of choice & fresh. Service in all areas friendly

This was a beautiful hotel in an outstanding area. The staff was awesome when we asked for something three people responded to help. I can't wait to go back. Mostly because of the people, but the property is beautiful.
