Uma pena ver o Hotel que ja foi maravilhoso, estar em declínio
Pros:

O atendimento na recepção, muito atencioso.

Cons:

Chuveiro morno para frio, nem troca de resistência resolveu.
Colchão mole demais, lençóis pequenos e encardidos.
Toalha de banho cheia de manchas, precisei pedir a troca.
No café da manhã não havia pratos e talheres suficientes para os hóspedes. Infelizmente parece que o hotel está sendo mal administrado.

Excelente atendimento e ótima hospedagem
Pros:

A limpeza e a recepção foram excepcionais. A recepcionista e os demais funcionários foram muito prestativos, educados e atenciosos. O local é muito agradável, bem cuidado, e o café da manhã estava delicioso.

Cons:

Não tive nenhum ponto negativo durante a estadia.

Cons:

Na área externa dos quartos que ficam em frente a rua um odor de urina alto. Deve ser de pets dos hóspedes. Café da manhã tinha danone vencido, avisei a responsável e foi retirado. Quase 500 reais por uma noite, o hotel deveria ser mais atencioso com os hóspedes. Minha terceira hospedagem nesse hotel. Vou pensar muito antes de voltar. Vou procurar melhores opções.
