Stayed for a 6 days and it's good for a 2-stars hotel, met all my expectations. Staff was really helpful with local recommendations and with any request shared. My room has been cleaned daily and fresh sheets are provided for each day, also the bed was too comfy !
Stayed at a ground level room with shared bathroom and bathroom was clean all day, didn't had to wait for a queue or anything. It had a hot water and was available for all day.
Hotel is placed at a very great spot near to all museums and great neighborhoods. Also really close to underground stations (St Pancras and Russell Sq.), 5 min by walk, which really helped me during my daily commute.

Cons:

My room had this little musty smell at the beginning. Room might not be aired enough during the day before check-in.
I don't know if it's due to building being old (+100 years old) or due to weather in London (rainy & humid air). Needed to air it out each day and than it was okay.

Correct - faire attention à vérifier les draps

Le bâtiment de l'hôtel est très joli.
Ils proposent le prêt d'adaptateurs pour les prises électriques gratuitement.
Les salles de bains partagées sont propres.

Cons:

Séjour du 14 au 16 novembre 2025 dans la chambre 43 au dernier étage.
Nous avons découvert une punaise de lit lors de la deuxième nuit.
L'hôtel a pris le problème très sérieusement et nos deux nuits ont été remboursées pour compenser la gène occasionnée.
Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, ce qui peut être complexe si vous avez de grosses valises.
