Pros:

El hotel tiene ese aire de edificio londinense tradicional, con instalaciones sencillas, pero está muy limpio y resulta acogedor. El personal es super amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte con cuestiones tanto del hotel como indicaciones sobre Londres. Destacaría especialmente su ubicación, cerca de dos estaciones que permiten moverte por la ciudad, además alrededor hay sitios de desayuno, comidas, etc…. La única cosa es que es un tercero sin ascensor (ya te lo avisan), pero realmente, con lo agusto que estuvimos, es un pequeño inconveniente que queda en segundo plano. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí si regresamos a Londres

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, bed, and towels were perfectly clean; the shared bathroom and shower were nice and clean. Good neighborhood and good location.

Pros:

Zentrales Hotel das in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es ist alles ein wenig alt. Der 3. Stock ist nur über die Treppe erreichbar. Das Doppelbett ist nicht ausreichend für 2 erwachsene Personen und das Bett ist durchgelegen, die Matratze sollte ersetzt werden.

Adequate.
Pros:

The location was terrific! It was a lovely neighborhood close to the British Museum with many nearby restaurants. We were able to leave our backpacks there before check in and relax for a few minutes in their lobby.

Cons:

Many winding stairs. It was awkward to get to the restroom. Our Netflix was in Korean, which staff was unable to change to English.
